The hotel is definitely outdated, but the service is fantastic. They gave me a free room upgrade as well. Despite the other reviews about the breakfast, I found it to be great.

The breakfast was very good, but the wifi was not very good and was limited to two devices. I asked for a lighter when I checked in, which cost 60 lira, but when I checked out, I was told that I didn't need to pay and could use it for free.

Very general, simple facilities

Location is just perfect. A complete shopping arena with small malls, markets, food places, etc are on walking distance. You can enjoy shopping and food just by walk. Only thing I don't like is the breakfast they serve there. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Kızılay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The room had everything you could need, from shampoo and conditioner to dental kits and sewing kits. The staff was polite and helpful. I was very pleased.

The hotel is in a great location, close to downtown but far enough away that it wasn’t loud. Very quiet. Parking included but they park your car somewhere and return it for you when you ask for it. It’s free though so that’s nice. Definitely not the cleanest with dusty and worn things but livable and not gross.

This is my second time staying here. It's very convenient to walk to Ankara Castle and the Mausoleum of the Nation. The only problem is that the pillows are a bit high, which I'm not used to. Otherwise, it's really good. Recommended!

I wasn't satisfied with the price. The hotel lacked any amenities. The bedding was very clean, and the hotel itself wasn't worn. The room service food was tasteless. Trip.com said there was a sauna, so I went, but there actually wasn't. I was so disappointed. I've stayed at Hilton hotels in Canada, and overall, I found them to be poor value for money.

The staff were supposed to know English but they absolutely did not. Their water smelled very very bad, the electricity was on and off like five times and only one receptionist was nice, the others were extremely rude. The location is nice however hotel staff should at least know English if they say they KNOW English.

The hotel is clean and smells good, and it’s about a 6-minute walk from the metro, which is convenient. Breakfast was nice but got repetitive. I had to ask for the AC to be turned on, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, the mosque and gym were closed even though I thought they had them. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay but could be better.

The hotel looked nice, but the room lacked many essentials; there wasn't even a toothbrush cup, let alone toothpaste and a toothbrush. The front desk said we could ask them for some, but the staff there didn't speak English well, and their Mandarin wasn't fluent either, so communication was impossible. I think Chinese people shouldn't stay here.

Stayed there for a night on a business trip was good.

I was happy with the service except for some minor issue. If you want to take the IELTS test, it can be good choice. It's not that kind of hotel for casual trip.

It was a good hotel with nice servants. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are really clean. Just the shower can be be better. I recommend it anyone who wants to be in a hotel near the city center. It 15 minutes to city center by foot.

Very good value for money: except for minor details like an unfixed toilet cover everything was almost perfect. Friendly staff, clean room, all you need and very conveniently located.

It's neglected and dirty. There are cigarette burns on the seats. Glue has spilled on the tables. There's mold in the bathroom. The door lock isn't properly installed; it could be opened by a child pushing it.

This place has all you need. The staff is wonderful & speak good enough English. The breakfast is amazing and has quite a bit to choose from. Our room was very comfy, shower was great & overall it was pretty quiet. There is also a great night life around the hotel if you want to venture out or even just go to the hotel restaurant and bar. I was only in the conference hall for a celebration. Very big, clean, friendly staff, nice food. The lavatories were also very clean and looked luxurious. This was the 2nd time I was there, and I was not disappointed. The parking space could be larger considering the area, but I still managed to find a space to park the car.
