Where to stay in Ankara

Very good experience reason for the 3 stars was due to issue they had going on with there plumbing, for 3 days the room especially near bathroom smelled very bad. I was told that I should of asked for different room an I was shocked because I really did not expect them to even care but when they came up n seen the issue I gotta say they changed my room rite away. However the new room was not as bad...

What I liked was freindliness and helpfulness of staff. What I thought could be improved provided that funding is available : buy new sets of sheets and blankets and carpets.

Hello, the hotel is compact It has a small self-service and its breakfast is good, but the menu does not include any price in the refrigerator bar. Be careful not to get a hat on. We did not know and used it.

The location is wonderful, full of cafes and restaurants with a dynamic vibe. Our room was clean and quiet with an amazing view. staffs were helpful with fluent English. They helped us for PCR test since we were scared to go to a lab or hospital.. It was a memorable stay for me and my husband.

The reception is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is adequate but the room walls are thin so you can hear every noise in the next room.

The room size matched the booking description, but it wasn't good value for money; it would have been better to stay at the Hilton hotel next door. I don't understand their cleaning practices. Every time they cleaned, I lost a coffee cup or a water glass. I gave them my Marriott Bonvoy account, but they didn't credit the points to it.

I was amazed about the staff here. They were all exceptionally friendly and professional and we felt very comfortable. I would again come here. The breakfast is not amazing but good and diverse. Rooms were clean.

Overall the quality is good but you can hear the TV playing in the other rooms and this disturbs you somehow.

This is a perfect spot for a short stay: easy to reach, easy to park your car (I parked on the street, there are also "gated car parks") walking distance to a variety of rest/cafe. The car was parked on the side of the road. The room was okay, relatively close to the castle, and quite quiet. The room was very hot, even though all the heating was off. The receptionist didn't speak any English.

The City Hotel is a beautiful place to holiday. The rooms are spacious and room service is great. However, the TV set is too small and the hotel doesn't have a gym.

It’s cozy hotel and well located 3 mins to the Kizilay center with very nice staff. I would give 5 stars but be careful there is no air conditioning and the baths are a bit small.

I have stayed here for 4 nights. The receptionist and all of the staff were super friendly. They helped me and my friends also about Ankara and it's street to, advised me shops and restaurants. When I'll come to Ankara again for any kind of business, it would me my preference for sure.

Highly recommend. I have stayed here for 2 days in August. It's located in Kızılay at the center of Ankara. Helpful and smiling staffs, free breakfast, free private parking lot, good internet connection and the most importantly highly clean and tidy rooms. It's good for everybody including families with kids.

Staying in this hotel was a terrible experience Because they offered us some low prices but when we wanted to check out increased the price dramatically which I couldn’t believe my eyes the staff don’t know English and it rubs you up the wrong way when you are conveying your opinion I totally regret staying in this hotel.
