Great hotel for a few days in Ankara. Friendly and helpful staff. The reception speaks good English! Room nice and spacious. Only problem was the shower, which leaked quite a bit so that the whole floor was wet.

Location is just perfect. A complete shopping arena with small malls, markets, food places, etc are on walking distance. You can enjoy shopping and food just by walk. Only thing I don't like is the breakfast they serve there. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Kızılay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The room had everything you could need, from shampoo and conditioner to dental kits and sewing kits. The staff was polite and helpful. I was very pleased.

The room was nice, but there was an issue with the shower: water pressure was weak, and hot water was running intermittently. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel is in a great location, close to downtown but far enough away that it wasn’t loud. Very quiet. Parking included but they park your car somewhere and return it for you when you ask for it. It’s free though so that’s nice. Definitely not the cleanest with dusty and worn things but livable and not gross.

This is my second time staying here. It's very convenient to walk to Ankara Castle and the Mausoleum of the Nation. The only problem is that the pillows are a bit high, which I'm not used to. Otherwise, it's really good. Recommended!

The staff were supposed to know English but they absolutely did not. Their water smelled very very bad, the electricity was on and off like five times and only one receptionist was nice, the others were extremely rude. The location is nice however hotel staff should at least know English if they say they KNOW English.

The hotel is clean and smells good, and it’s about a 6-minute walk from the metro, which is convenient. Breakfast was nice but got repetitive. I had to ask for the AC to be turned on, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, the mosque and gym were closed even though I thought they had them. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay but could be better.

The hotel looked nice, but the room lacked many essentials; there wasn't even a toothbrush cup, let alone toothpaste and a toothbrush. The front desk said we could ask them for some, but the staff there didn't speak English well, and their Mandarin wasn't fluent either, so communication was impossible. I think Chinese people shouldn't stay here.

The hotel is very close to Kizlay central and room condition also good compared other hotel But my own struggle was its air-conditioning When I turned on it, smoke smells came out 🥲🥲(I'm not a smoker..) The other one is quite old lift system(European style)

This your classic run of the mill 3 stars hotel. The rooms are clean and they change the sheets and pillow cases everyday. My favorite thing though is the water pressure in the bathroom. All in all it's great to stay here while on a business trip as it's very central. Nothing to write home about, but nothing too bad either.

Lovely hotel in the center of Ankara. The room was with a balcony. Not noisy, new double-glazed windows, very fresh renovation. Cleanliness, cleaning every day. The breakfast is simply gorgeous. There is food for every taste. In the photo is my plate, my husband eats more and more satisfying, he was also very pleased. We requested a very nice double room, it had two double beds, and everything was clean. The TV had clear channels, the room was spacious, and I was very comfortable. It is a nice hotel for the price. The staff are kind and helpful. They gave us breakfast when we arrived early in the morning and generally tried their best to be accommodating despite language barrier. The breakfast was also simple but good, especially the soup is delicious.

We stayed at this hotel for over a week due to health issues, and it truly made a difficult time easier. The reception team were incredibly kind and helpful, always making us feel supported. The coffee shop was fantastic with great coffee and fresh pastries, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. Highly recommended — wonderful service and a very comfortable experience.

The hotel is located in a main street near the important embassies, shopping centers and parks and has appropriate availability of public transport. The rooms are small and noisy but include all the requirements for a peaceful residence. The crew were polite and cooperative but could not speak a word in English. Hotel nearby airport bus stop This hotel location nearby Ankara air bus stop, many Cafe and restaurants nearby too. They allow us to keep our luggage since our flight in the evening. Also staffs are very helpful and friendly.

It's neglected and dirty. There are cigarette burns on the seats. Glue has spilled on the tables. There's mold in the bathroom. The door lock isn't properly installed; it could be opened by a child pushing it.

My hotel accommodation review The hotel's location is good, the staff was polite, but unfortunately the hotel room smelled of cigarettes, the curtains and floors were dusty, the balcony was dirty. The shower cabin was dirty. The breakfast was sufficient and had plenty of variety. But the jam and tahini containers were constantly waiting in a spoon.

The location was ideal for the main railway station. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel was generally ok. Good sized room. Desk, wardrobe and fridge. The bathroom was in reasonable condition with soap dispensers for shampoo etc. The self service breakfast had a good selection of food including cooked items. The WiFi worked well. Some wear and tear in the room. Cleanliness is a bit lacking...

rooms are old, the entire hotel is old, it doesn't look like the photos, and it is really bad service. As soon as we got in, they were giving us side eye's and a bad attitude it says that it's kid friendly, but I don't really agree with that breakfast was 5/10. No Cereal, omleat, and the options are pretty tight there are no juices just water tea and coffee which is ok but not kid friendly the air...

Four nights for business trip Really nice to stay in a Turkish hotel rather than a "bog standard" chain. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the drive to the airport at the end was a fair price and when I needed it. Wonderful staff and location and that's the only reason I gave it 4 starts, otherwise the hotel needs a lot of attention. Rooms are old they need some upgrades. We had issue with the heating and they staff swapped the rooms for us, but they provided us with an electric heater which isn't very safe. I would say focus a bit more on the rooms quality.

The room is large and the location is convenient. The service attitude of the front desk and hotel staff is very good. We have breakfast on the top floor. Although it is not a buffet breakfast, the overall environment is very good and you can see the view of the entire city; the room furnishings look a bit Old, some details in the bathroom are not very clean.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, cleaning every day. Beautiful view of the city from the rooftop restaurant. You can feel the level of a good hotel. And this at a very affordable price. Nearby are popular bars, walking access to the metro and shopping centers, as well as to the Russian Consulate. I will definitely stay again when I'm in Ankara.
