This hotel is truly amazing! The cleanliness is on the highest level – everything is spotless, fresh, and perfectly maintained. You can really feel how much effort is put into keeping the rooms and all areas comfortable and hygienic.
The staff is incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Ozan and Ali for their kindness and professionalism – they made our stay even more pleasant.
Overall, it’s a beautiful and welcoming place where you feel cared for. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort.

We booked 3 rooms for the 8 of us (adults, kids under 10 and an elderly). The location of the hotel was strategic, at the entrance of the Gerome city, with the eateries/shop just a walk away. The rooms were clean, everything in place, heater is working and top notch in everything. The buffet breakfast were also delicious, varieties of local food (you have to order eggs from them to be cooked) and a selection of juices and hot drinks. Even more, it has balcony that you can use to see the hot balloon in the morning or rest at night. The booking is easier with trip.com and we settled our check in and out in less than 10mins. This hotel goes a bit more in making sure their guests are comfortable and that is commendable.

Conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the bus terminal. Each room is separate and quiet, like a cottage. The breakfast downstairs is lovely too.

The room was on the first floor and was much better than expected; it wasn't stuffy or damp.
The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk was very friendly! We arrived after 4:00 AM, but since there were no rooms available for early check-in, the front desk let us rest in the restaurant.

This hotel is very good value, not expensive, clean, and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is relaxing and makes me want to come back again. The location is great, easy to travel around and find food. The staff take good care of guests and are all very friendly.

The **location** was unbeatable: nestled in the heart of Cappadocia, it was within **walking distance to everything**, from historic sites to charming local restaurants.
The staff, however, truly made this stay extraordinary. A special shoutout to the receptionist, Eda, who went above and beyond when I fell ill just before arriving in Cappadocia. She arrange for a doctor to visit the hotel on a Saturday within an hour. Thanks to her kindness and professionalism, I was back on my feet quickly and could fully enjoy the rest of our trip.

A true cave hotel with Dreamy rooms perfect for a romantic holiday ( we stayed in the one with the jacuzzi and it was awesome !). The receptionist Hatice is a wonderful person who has helped us above and beyond, selflessly, with the entirety of our travel inside Cappadocia and also helped us with Hot air balloon rebookings when ours got cancelled.
You can also find car and bike bookings, day trips etc from here at a best price!
They also offer complimentary breakfast that is a buffet having a plethora of delicious items !
