The experience was appalling. There was no air conditioning, and the room was freezing cold. The lighting was so dim it felt like staying in a dark basement. Worst of all, there was zero cell signal in the entire room, and the Wi-Fi was completely non-functional. I was totally cut off from the outside world the moment I stepped in. Do not waste your money here.

The food was good, but the portions were limited and refills were not available.
The room itself was very nice. However, I would not recommend staying at this hotel during the winter season. The bathroom water was extremely cold, with no hot or even warm water available, and the heater was not warm enough to keep the room comfortable.
During the high season or warmer months, I would recommend this hotel. However, it is not suitable for winter stays.

A really lovely friendly hotel to stay. I had to ask to change rooms because of no internet in the cave room which I needed for work.This was no fuss, no trouble.And the owner even walked me to the bus stop carrying my bag rather than call a taxi on the day I left. My room was really comfortable and spacious and still in keeping with a cave hotel.A great hot shower. Breakfasts on the terrace were were delicious.....plenty of choice.This hotel is in the centre of Goreme town so location is superb for walking everwhere and also for tour pick ups.I would stay here again.Thanks Andrea.

Clean and spacious no-frills rooms, with tasty breakfast included and great service. The guys at this hotel did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, from booking tours in advance to receiving an item that we had ordered, and so on. Location is perfect, just a few meters from the main drag in town, walking distance to virtually everywhere in Goreme, great choice, plan to come back.

Staff / Service was excellent but property condition was awful... smelly room toilet, there was a rubbish dump area at the back of the property also causing bad smell.

this place is in a good location..you can see hot air ballon over the top of it..we just spent one night here and I wish that I can go back here and spend more than one night!
