Melek Cave Hotel in Goereme

Don't ever book this hotel. this is kind of scam/fraud. We booked this hotel when we had plan to visit the cappadocia with our travel agent. But one of us got Covid when we were in Athens. the authorities didn't let us to board for the flight. So we had to cancel this tour plan because we didn't had any other choice. we called hotel many times but no one pick up. and then we called ******* to cancel this reservation and refund. ******* tried to call them and no one pick up then they called again someone from hotel said manager not there call later. even it was day time. they kept us waiting until the our reservation time start. then we called again to *******. The hotel staff told them that we already checked in and we are there in cappadocia. Like how come? we was unable to fly turkey then how we checked in. When we was concerned about our health and safety, these hotel people was thinking just about the money. we was tried to cancel the booking 4 days before our reservation days but they was the one who was playing games. Anyways. If you book this hotel, be ready to lose your money if you have to cancel or change the plan due to any reason.
