Jihan at reception is very helpful. All the staff are very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants, view points and Göreme Open Air museum

The receptionist was very friendly. If it's not peak tourist season, you can ask him about hot air balloon prices at the front desk, which will be cheaper than booking online.

We spent 3 days at the Mosaic Cave Hotel and it was such an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is outright delicious and the rooftop is the perfect spot to watch the balloons. The hotel is located at the top of a hill, so be prepared for a walk up from the restaurants - not a bad thing after eating so much delicious food!! 10/10 would highly recommend

I have been here on April 2025 on a couple trip - 3 nights overall.
I loved the place but most of all I loved the people and the staff, who makes you feel welcomed and at ease: they are kind, supportive and they really try to help you and make your staying better any way they can.
Position also is amazing, with a nice view

Pros:
1.Hotel is located at a good location.
2. They have a decent spread of breakfast
3. Team/staff is supportive
4. View from terrace is decent
5. Walking distance to city center ( downhill)

Cons:
1. You have to walk uphill to the hotel :p
2. Washroom door is of glass and is see-through.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and introduced us to various tours and activities.
Although we only stayed for one night at this hotel, the cave-style accommodation gave us an extraordinary and exciting experience!
The view from the breakfast area was like something out of another world, and the food was absolutely delicious.
If you’re looking to experience something truly unique, we highly recommend staying here at least once!

Excellent 3 night stay at this Cave Hotel. Hotel staff all very kind and helpful making our stay a very pleasant experience. They helped with our tour and transport reservations. Turkish buffet breakfast very plentiful and delicious. They made us feel very welcome & made this stay very memorable. Thank you to all!

The rooms are very spacious and the facilities are perfect.
The staff were especially wonderful and provided perfect support with last minute reservations for the hot air balloon tour. I would like to use this hotel again when I visit Cappadocia and would also like to recommend it to my friends.

Good location, friendly reception staff, and a nice breakfast. Overall, I was satisfied. The only minor issue was that the refrigerator didn’t work well.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
