The hotel is very tired and has not been renovated for a long time. The furniture and plumbing are shabby, the room smells of cigarettes. Sewer smell. The hotel staff is not friendly. Relations with foreigners are very bad. The hotel manager, who was even unfriendly in the evening. When you say good evening to the reception, he completely ignores. The breakfast is very bad. During the 7 days of staying at the hotel, the bed linen was never changed and there was no cleaning. Liquid soap and shampoo diluted with water. There are fake photos on the hotel website. Actually quite different. The hotel is not three star. Just boarding.

The hotel is beautiful and extra ordinarily clean and in very economical price. Very near to the castle and restaurants and in the city center. The only negative point of the hotel is, the behavior of the staff. I reached Kayseri by train which got late and dropped me in the city at 5.30 a.m and i reached the hotel at 6 a.m . I was too much tired so i slept. As i woke up, I rushed to have the breakfast and reached the breakfast lounge at 10.05 a.m. The breakfast was still on buffet tables but the staff forbade me to touch the breakfast saying that the time is 7 to 10. I know being late was my mistake but the staff should atleast know the meanings of hospitality as they belong to hospitality industry. I contacted the management as well but they could not help me in this regard. I was starving to death as i had been in the train journey since 24 full hours and i explained it to them but they clearly refused. However the next day i experienced the breakfast which was good.

We had a wonderful time in keyseri the hotel was nice the staff was friendly and helpful, though they didn't know that much English. The rooms were clean and cozy, the breakfast was standard, we ate most of the days at the restaurant just across street.

The location is good,but the sheets and the bad covers are old and we saw some hair om them.its name is boutique but it is not luxurious.it is very old and you can see some defects around the hotel.it is neglected one.in our room the A.C wasnt working too.
