The air condition was really great as the weather was really brilliantly hot. The toilet was just right but toilet flush needs some doing although it did flush but not enough pressure. Room curtain needs updating like a black out curtain otherwise it was too bright as the sun comes out.
Indoor and outdoor pool was brilliant giving the awesome view of the Uchisar Castle and the stone caves was a big bonus.
Staff were really helpful and friendly especially Meseeret (receptionist) she was so accommodating and nice. She sorted all our sightseeing activities which was awesome.
Food was great.
Hotel was very close to the town and to Goreme which we felt was safe. Walking distance to Uchisar Castle and if you want to stay late at night, the street is well lighted to walk around and taxi is very accessible if you want.
Overall it was a five star hotel for us. Very happy with our experience.
The hotel is perfectly situated with views over caves from.the rooms and expansive views over the fascinating geology and archaeology of the region.
The hotel is dated, and the rooms are small (we were a family of 3 two adults and a small child) which made the room tight... however we managed.
Although somewhat dated, it is clean, the air con in the rooms is good, the beds comfy, the showers powerful and warm.
The food at breakfast is great, and the service efficient. They are able.to.proeice food and drink 24/7.
We spent much of our days by the pool, which like the hotel is a little dated, but perfectly nice. It has plenty of shade and the food and drink.produced from the bar is perfect, with a happy flow of drinks if needed too. Staff are professional. Some certainly more friendly than others, but all doing a good job.
The town is easy and rather pleasant short walk away with plenty of restaurants and bars... many with spectacular views. It appears a significant amount of investment is going into the town so we look forward to returning!
