We booked tru a travel agency. I was not able to reach the hotel directly, not my mail, not tru instagram... On the tripadvisor site, It says free internet, which is not the case, we paid 10 euro extra for 1 person to have internet. Please correct this on this page please. The bar was never open???? There are some drinks available for free with the meals, such as water, thee, coffee. The meals are correct and simpel - only 1 night is was MUCH TOO SIMPLE. Chicken nuggets for dinner? That is a snack. It is not a meal for adults. We are still here, and will enjoy the good weather, the sunbeds at the pool are really good. There is a beach by 15 min walk, qualista beach, where you can have free sun beds (the last row) if you show your hotel wrist band. Is it possible to get all this info on a peace of paper at check in? Is the sauna and hamman for free?

We booked an all inclusive holiday , this wasn’t the case when we arrived it was full board . Not so much of an issue but when the bar isn’t open for service often , has last years price list and they make you pay what ever they feel like (10euros per drink) and you cant even get water all day then this is a problem, along with rude , unfriendly staff , no air con and rooms were pretty bad too , shower sprayed up towards the ceiling and the room was dirty as in it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. We got water from a shop across the road and we along with others were told to drink it in our room . If there is one positive thing that is the pool was clean and location isn’t too bad . All in all this place is more of a hostel that backpackers would stay in on their way through , it’s not sold as it’s described at all and it wasn’t the cheapest option either . Luckily our travel agent moved us after 48 hours to a lovely beach hotel down the road . The staff didn’t refund any money for what I paid for on arrival and rudely snatched the money when we left the hotel. Avoid this place at all costs

Shocking! Stay away from this place and save your money. The room was dirty and disgusting not even cleaned or even touched. Nothing that this hotel said it has is far from the truth, food, gym, sauna all lies. The food for a start is very bad no choice get what you are given in both breakfast and dinner which is of a poor standard the foul coffe and orange juice come out of a machine very sweet and ubdrinkable. Lots of stray cats around in the resturant which goes to show people feed the cats as the food is that bad. No atmosphere in the hotel probably because nobody stays. Do not stay in this hotel. No sheet change, lucky to get a towel change in which I ended up buying a towel as the hotel towels are disgusting and should only be used for rags. You have to pay for the internet which is a bad service. Pool, gym, food not worth your good health stay away from this hotel. Keep your money stay away from this place. Not as advert suggests.

Nice location great food, great room service, great host makes u feel like home, great price for breakfast and dinner included, and amazing staff, nice swimming pool, and overall service i had no complaints while staying there.

We spent there five amazing days. Everything was such a great. Staff, especailly receptionist was so kind and nice. Food was delicious and room was cleaned everyday. Nice and quiet hotel in the best location. Thank you for making our holiday unfogetable.

It was much more than I expected. Very nice hotel. Good food. Clean rooms. Nice pool. And the best- people! Very very nice lady in the reception and the “boss” of the restaurant (sorry, I don’t remember the names;)). Also all the young boys working there so kind and happy to help with everything. Thank you so much!

Stayed here when I went to Turkey, Staff were good and helpful. Has a good swimming pool and food was decent. Clean and tidy hotel in a nice location 15 mins from the beach. The Maid that does the rooms could be better at cleaning etc but overall I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed with friend 6 days. We loved this small quite hotel. The stuff is polite. Lady in reception is very helpful. Thanks for her and Tarik. We enjoyed our stay here. See you next year.

15 min from the beach. 5 min from the center of town.
There were one nice black haired lady on reception but 1 very rude russian-speaking man.
You cant use swimming pool in the evening.
Food is fine but no water, you need to buy it.
Room was fine. But towels and bed sheets are old and torn.
No free wi-fi.

We stayed at this hotel in July with our 3 y.o. daughter. As a result we got positive impressions. Meals are nice and heathy, much vegetables, there always were soups (menu doesn't differ strongly from other places in Turkey). Staff is very friendly and polite. Rooms are clean. There are a small defect was in our room: landline didn't operate. Wi-fi was weak and only on the ground floor/reception - I would like to advise the staff on that, but if your time is full with activities, the sea and travelling to interesting places - it's no big deal! :) Location was good both to visit moonlight beach (15 -20 min walk, but we love walking :) and city center.

we were staying in this hotel in September 2024. definitely recommend this place for staying! ⭐️
pros: the staff of the hotel are very welcoming and friendly! they were answering all questions and helping a lot 🥰 in the room we had everything we needed. staff was refreshing the mini bar (for example, bottles of water) after cleaning the room. also, even though the territory of the hotel is pretty small, it looks nice 👍🏽 location of the hotel is also wonderful: it's far enough that we didn't hear too much noise from other hotels but close enough that it took 7 mins walk to the main street. restaurant of the hotel had fair prices and tasty food (we tried Smash double burger) 🤤 breakfast was okay, everyday there was the same menu but it was fine with us. swimming pool is good decorated but water was a bit cold.

We had a very good time at this hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and most importantly the air conditioner worked perfectly. 😊❤️

Stayed for 2 weeks last summer - breakfast was absolutely delicious! And the food throughout the day and night time is divine especially the chicken wrap😍, staff were all so friendly to us. Only slight negative was the maintenance of the pool area not always clean & a loose wire in the pool. But still hoping to come back next year! Thank you for a lovely stay 💗

The area of the hotel is nice and rather calm. The staff was kind and the pool great. However, the isolation of the rooms is not good. One night we had such loud noise from one of the rooms next to us, we could not sleep. Earplugs are a must if you are unlucky with loud neighbours that talk super loud and walk like elephants. The step to the bathroom was broken/loose and the AC placed right next to the bed without a silent mode.
Regarding the « private beach » - we had to pay 100 TL for one chair, which is a good price and there was a free shuttle to the beach offered by the hotel. Sad was that we where placed so far behind we could not even see the water. Music was blasting from four different beach areas. I would recommend to go to other beaches further away if you come by car.

After receiving and replying to 3 emails asking what time we would arrive, 1 room was not ready, the other had no towels.
Third floor room had an extremely bad smell, an ozone machine was brought in to help as no other room was available. We were given damp towels on our return but refused a second key, they do t want you leaving the room with the ac on.
Our ac unit was either on or off, no control of temperature or fan speed meant for a bad sleep, turning ac off when woke up freezing, or turning back on when too hot. We reported the problem to reception but nothing was done.
Bedding had been laundered but there were stains on the sheets.
Breakfast was ok, but a lot of bees/wasps were attracted which made it uncomfortable.
It doesn't say on Booking.com, but there is no bar, they do not sell alcohol. And no point buying any as the fridge goes off when you take the door card out with you.
It is a good walk to town, especially in the heat. The beach we were told to go to, staff there were extremely rude once they knew we were from the hotel and the menu prices were the highest on the beach, we went elsewhere.
