Hotel was excellent overall with perfectly manicured grounds and a huge multi area pool offering several options to enjoy the day. Started in Coconut suite which was wonderful and spacious

A very nice resort right on the beach. The food was very good, there was something for everyone. Overall we were very happy with everything and would definitely come back

Non standard animators style, free moving with no standard uniform and any special clothes. Do them more related to the guest, looks more comfortable and friendly. Huge stage give possibility to good perfomance

The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

We stayed at Horus Paradise in early October. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the children's mini-club, particularly to the wonderful Rümeysa. She found an excellent approach to our child

Huge territory Beach access It's a nice place with all nessessary facilities and free WI-FI Delisious food

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken tv set at room.

Besides the shower drainage was partially blocked so the water was not going away soon. Other than this, my family enjoyed the stay in the hotel. It is to be mentioned that we were in the main building

Imprisoned mainly for holidays with children. Food, entertainment, beach and sunset in the sea are simply gorgeous. Focused mainly on Europeans (90% of tourists), well, respectively, and the service corresponds

Rooms are decent, hotel is nice. It felt like false advertising because lots of services were either unavailable because off season even though major highlight on their website or a lot of extra charges

Due to our room type, it meant that we were unable to get a full sea view but I requested via email beforehand to have some sort of view, and we were granted a side sea view where you could also see the pool clearly

Not really big breakfast eaters but for what we usually eat it was plentiful, cereals, yoghurts, toast, pancakes, doughnuts, even onion rings! For lunch, we never went to the main restaurant because the pool bar had everything we needed

Fantastic hotel perfect for families, food was brilliant all week, on arrival I asked about price of room upgrade and the brilliant reception staff and manager offered this free of charge! Ignore the negatives, yes there aren’t many English families here but everyone is friendly, great location also will book again!

The only criticism is, we were constantly approached by hotel sellers, both by the pool and in lobby bar area - hairdresser, photographer, excursions, spa, massage etc

I’ve had such a good time here the food is amazing, the staff are so nice and the entertainment team is amazing always making sure everyone is enjoying their self’s!

The hotel has many entertainment activities. The bars and pools are very good. The employees are very kind and the rooms are very clean and nice. A hotel I can recommend to everyone

The service in the hotel was excellent and all staff was respectful and kind and made us feel welcomed. The food was good and the cleaners did an amazing job. The shows were funny and entertaining to the audience.

Lovely hotel, food was brilliant and pool areas were also brilliant! Only problem was we erected put in a disabled room, and when we asked if we could upgrade, we were told it would be £200 per night, which would of been more than we paid for the actual holiday itself! Apart from that we loved the hotel and enjoyed Marmaris

We had a rest on our own! We booked the first days in one room in the club sector! The second part of the rest and accommodation in the main building! Everything is great!  Bars, cocktails, coffee, sea, concerts!!  We really liked it!

The service staff is excellent. The rooms are very clean and cozy. There are always crisp white towels, robes, and bed linens. The fridge-bar is restocked daily. And what beautiful paths lead to the beach

Playing boccia on the beach and joining the different sports like Pilates or aqua aerobic throughout the day brought so much joy and energy to our vacation

A special mention goes to Katrina in Guest Relations she was absolutely amazing! We had a few issues on the first day, but she took care of everything promptly and professionally, making sure our stay was nothing short of perfect

A heartfelt thank you to Almina and Alissa from the animation team. Their incredible entertainment skills and vibrant spirit made our holiday even more enjoyable. We look forward to coming back to Club Hotel Sera

The hotel beach is beyond praise: spacious, well-kept, with a convenient entrance to the sea and always free sunbeds. You could swim and enjoy the sea endlessly

September is the perfect time for rest - soft, comfortable sun, warm and crystal clear sea, no hustle and bustle and crowded beaches

The hotel staff deserves special admiration - incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. There is a sincere desire to make the rest of each guest perfect

The room and the bathroom are quite spacious, there were various shows each evening even ones for kids, and also there was a kids playground that had a lot of games, the food was very good and the pools were quite clean and very hot, though the kids pool was under a big tree and it was colder

It was very pleasant to return to a cool, tidy room after a day spent by the sea or by the pool

the outside and inside pools are heated and warm the only one that isnt is the adults only poor above the main pool

The beach is not crowded, there are always sunbeds available, there are no questions about food at all - a wide variety and around the clock, entertainment is also good. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression

As ive never traveled to Turkey i was about warey as i didnt really know what to expect but overral it was an Amazing hotel, its very clean and an elegant vibe

Was a bit sceptical as Turkish 5* is usually not really true 5* We arrived late- it’s a good hr from Antalya airport We were greeted by a grumpy receptionist call ‘Sa-fit ’ he was fairly obstructive and unhelpful- everything is too much for him Not letting him dampen our holiday spirit: We were surprised to find the bar & restaurant open 24hrs- children were so happy to see the snow-white restaurant...

Checking in your greeted at the reception they hold your luggage for you and take you up to your room in the elevator that is really fast. Rooms are clean, the entertainment is good bowling spa, pools indoor and outside

because weather was a bit cool, we didn’t feel like going to the sea. There is a shuttle service for guests who want to go. I would like to thank the guest relations team for staying in touch and for all their help

I would like to sincerely thank the medical staff and, most of all, the tourists who rushed to help me — a kind nurse who managed to stop the bleeding and to calm me down, and a gentleman who helped clean the blood off me so that my daughter wouldn’t see me in that condition

The first impression is great! Everything is great, the grounds are huge, many pools, near the sea, the sand is fine, the entrance to the sea is suitable even for babies

Caution regarding the green slide!!!! Its circumference is quite narrow, and a taller child or an adult can easily hit their head right after the steep slope ends

The nature, architecture and decor are absolutely amazing! I stayed for 8 days and still didn't have enough time to explore the entire resort and activities. The animation team is pretty great

They would not accept my statements because it "wasn't on their computer system. Staff bring this quality down to a 1 star hotel

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful; they clearly love their jobs. All the food we ate was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. Kudos to all the chefs! Every area is spotless

Since it was March, we did not use the sea and pool, but they had very large and beautiful pools. The sea and pier also looked beautiful

I really liked it. It was clean and tidy, the food was delicious, the hotel had many activities, and a private beach.

We wanted to explore the Old Town and do some shopping, it is excpetionally difficult to get a taxi it seems the hotel has an agreement with a certain bunch of taxis which are ridiculously priced €75 for a round trip so it gets a bit expensive if you want to leave the hotel

The food is very diverse and very delicious. All the restaurants in the hotel are of high-level restaurant quality. It is very clear that they use the best of every product without compromising on quality in food

We spent a lot of time at the beach and beach bar which were beautiful and relaxing (just be prepared for a few mosquitos — worth bringing repellent)

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dalaman. Beautiful grounds, rooms, pool, spa and beach area. Amazing array of food on offer in the buffet restaurant

We also enjoyed massages in the spa; I had a pregnancy massage and felt wonderful afterwards. Overall, the perfect break — luxurious, peaceful, great food, lovely people and unforgettable views

I absolutely loved the entertainment every night and greatly appreciated the entertainment staff pulling us onto the dance floor. Service was friendly and professional

Even a Black Label is included in the all-inclusive package. It's a shame I can't drink alcohol. The pontoon overlooking the sea and the beach areas are also very pleasant

The rooms are very comfortable, the bedding is high-quality, and the side sea view from our 4th-floor room was very pleasant. For around €250/night, or €125 per person all-inclusive, it's really good value for money

Amenities-wise, the lounge chairs around the pool are great, and the waitresses on roller skates who bring the drinks add a unique and friendly touch. To order, you scan a QR code and place the drinks in the basket

On the other hand, we were a little disappointed by the food: several restaurants were closed, and only the Italian restaurant (reservations required) was open—full throughout our stay, so we couldn't enjoy it

The self-service canteen remained, decent but nothing special. The same goes for the sports bar, which was also closed. The gym could use some maintenance; several machines were out of order

The games room/bowling alley gave off a very strong musty odor, making the place impractical and unwelcome, and there are clearly repairs to be done in some areas

I can summarise my vacation in Calista in one word. The service, the pool, beach, sports activities, the gym facility is incredible. And the beach bag this year is a favourite! I would come back in a blink of an eye

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

In general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. The staff was friendly and polite

- Excellent food - Kids club that makes kids to come back. - No loud music, priority to comfort and relaxation. Cons: - Photographers around the hotel may bother guests. - Beach should be cleaned better

Quick check-in. Clean rooms. Well-kept grounds. In winter, one building was under reconstruction - you could hear the repair work. Food is 4. Rooms are 5. Service is 4. The hotel is already old.

Calista is one of the preferable hotels in the area. We stayed with my daughter and were very pleased. They have created elite environments with a service approach that makes you feel special.

Our room was spacious and clean, the pool area has plenty of room and there is lots going on to keep adults and children entertained

Just returned from a 2-week stay at Sunis Kumkoy Beach Resort. The cleanliness and facilities at the hotel are absolutely superb

The food was fantastic, with a different theme every night, there was so much choice we didn't even feel the need to use the a la carte restaurants! The animation team work so hard (without being 'pushy') to bring the guests together and ensure that everyone is having a good time

Rooms are cleaned daily and kept in a great condition. Overall it is an excellent hotel in a beautiful place. We could not recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely come back here!

The evening shows were world-class – professional, fun, and different every night. A few tips: book the à la carte restaurants early, bring water shoes for the beach, and take time to enjoy the spa – it’s worth it

Just returned and what an amazing hotel. Dont even know where to start, the hotel carries a very classy look, the swimming pools are great

The food was outstanding and the staff was amazing!! The hotel has everything you need from a cinema, bowling alley, pools, day and night time entertainment, shops and a decent spa area

We warned in advance that the newlyweds had sent a marriage certificate and were reminded once again upon check-in, but did not receive any compliment from the hotel, although the reviews repeatedly mention (there is even a video on Instagram) that upon arrival in the room there is a bottle of wine, a corkscrew, sweets

We went as a couple over the Christmas period and will be looking to head back next year. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Many verities of food, so many different cocktails, and really good ones at that

Another member of the staff I’d like to mention is Melike as she served us several times at the pool and she was very kind and knew our additional requests (for example the extra ice) and was well prepared after the first time so we do not need to ask for these things as she provided them for us when she was in charge

I don’t exactly know, how is possible that this hotel has so many positive opinion. This what I can appreciate are the localization, the dancers and shows. Privat villas should be renovated

There was dirty swimming pool and mold in jakuzzi, disgusting. Pool loungers was so dirty that it was scary to lie on them. Drinking glasses should be replaced

Clean spacious quiet rooms with jacuzzi, steam bath, minibar, huge safe, all designed perfectly, hotel is full of mirrors everywhere. Snack bars, food corners, you have food and drinks 24h

Entertainment through the day, and everything is great and energising. Premium drinks and so huge selection of food during the breakfast, lunch and dinner made us feel totally satisfied

Absolutely the best stay in this Hotel. From the moment you walk in the Angels welcoming you with drink followed by best and easiest check-in we've ever had

The rooms were clean and detailed and their activities were great. Pool Party or Gala / Hollywood Party or Pool Games, everything was well prepared and I enjoyed every evening

The resort is large and there are lots to do rather than just being at the poolside or beach. This was especially handy as when it was very hot outside and we wanted a break from the heat, we could sit inside and relax

Check in was quick and easy, we were given a room on the first floor. It was overlooking the quiet pool and the Delphin Imperial next door

There are lots of activities throughout the day, poolside and beachside. The Animation team are fantastic, they were great at remembering everyone's names and getting you involved during the day

The porter brought up our luggage to the room and showed us the facilities within. He was very helpful in explaining the lights and controls for the room, they are all controlled by a touch panel inside and by the bed

The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing

The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach

The quality of the food and drinks is 100% excellent, the waiters are impeccably polite, and EVERYONE! They have the utmost respect for their guests. The beach is spotless, and we plan to return in the summer

Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation

I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing

Inclusive desperata, which were tasty! There were many free sunbeds on the beach. Shows were doneony twice a week, but there were live music evenings, nice to dance of seat and listen to the artists

Hotel is really renowated with taste! Full of natural colours, art, modern furniture and smells beautyifully! Hotel is well organized, rooms and bungallows are in upper location and pool, Restaurant and activity buildings are located closer to the sea

Drinks were excellent – especially the Baileys iced coffee! Plenty of pools (though all ice cold in October, none heated). Quick check-in and check-out

What we were missing were bath tools, slippers and sewing kit, which are normally in standard equipment in hotels with 5*. In bathroom there were no hanger for towels. Food was really good, fresh and delicious

We were in three tematic restaurants

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) We had a nice family holiday in Belek with gorgeous weather and some lovely days out, but the hotel isn’t a true 5-star as advertised. We enjoyed ourselves overall, but sadly wouldn’t return

Mustafa at reception, he is very kind and solution focused and Yusuf, Ozan and Eyüp at the Aquapark bar. Very very friendly & has smiley faces Mine & Yusuf and their team ant the pool bar

We had a really good experience on this hotel. A lot of fun for kids and adult. Good beach and drinks. A lot of tasty food. Recommend this place.

I would also like to thank the team that offered water activities and spa - very nice, unobtrusive and professional. The beach is clean and well-kept, the sun loungers are comfortable, there was always enough space

Cool hotel, did not vacation in it myself, but went to the territory, very beautiful in the bar drinks imported. A lot of entertainment programs. But one thing - the price is not small

Also it was almost impossible to get a sunbed by the pool until late in the afternoon due to people reserving therm with their towels really early. The WiFi was free but barely usable at times

We celebrated a friend's birthday at this resort with 30+ people. Plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained. Food wise the buffet restaurant was the most varied and seemed to have something for everyone

We tried 2 of the dinner restaurants - but the service was very slow and the food wasn't really suitable for the kids. The entertainment in the evening was fun

There was nothing in the surrounding areas of the hotel but if you're just looking to stay resort based then this is perfect

I especially enjoyed the vast selection of different breads they bake daily. The family room was clean and spacious. Plenty of activities and evening shows to keep the whole family entertained

There are mosquitoes everywhere and the water in the swimming pools are cold in October but we all still managed to enjoy ourselves
