Seems like the hotel is more happy about russian guests than other nations. Unfortunately the service sometimes was not nice. I’ve never visited a hotel in turkey where staff was annoyed by German guests. 😄 the staff from steak house restaurant was different and really nice to us.
The food was good, many types of salad, fish, deserts etc. But some vegan options like oat milk were impossible to get.
The hotel is huge. They have a gym, sauna, huge pool. The animation team was really nice and funny.
I still expect better service from a 5 star hotel.
The nights shows at the theater and the live shows were great! Food was good with many options and most importantly people here are very nice! Especially Snoop dog (Mehmet) and Tina. :)
Even the people at the reception were extremely helpful and caring.
