As ive never traveled to Turkey i was about warey as i didnt really know what to expect but overral it was an Amazing hotel, its very clean and an elegant vibe. Checking in your greeted at the reception they hold your luggage for you and take you up to your room in the elevator that is really fast. Rooms are clean, the entertainment is good bowling spa, pools indoor and outside. the outside and inside pools are heated and warm the only one that isnt is the adults only poor above the main pool. My helper Ali was great and full of humour and when very helpfull with booking us trips and other entertainment outside the hotel. They are also good with the transfer and even offering us a transfer to the airport if the private transfer didnt show up. Breakfast pastrys were freshly baked, lunch was nice and dinner is good and the food court outside was self service and good. Will 100% be coming back. The hotel is a beautifully built i love it

It was a very pleasant stay, came for 8 days and personally I would definitely come again. I would thank the supervised Ali that made us have a welcome stay here . Rooms are very clean and they are very kean on the housekeeping. All the workers have a smile at all time and can have a laugh and a chat with you. excellent food

We vacationed here in the fall of 2021. We really enjoyed it. Everything was wonderful! The staff was polite and unobtrusive. The service was competent. The food was delicious and catered for every taste. Despite the quarantine, there were no problems with paperwork or travel. We vacationed with colleagues. I hope to bring my family there for a vacation.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. We'd like to highlight the wonderful entertainment, the friendly, cool staff. Anastasia Makarova is especially the hotel's sparkle; we went to all the activities with her! She's the sweetest and kindest girl. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. Convenient infrastructure, everything is within walking distance. The panoramic view is stunning, the nature is breathtaking. We'll be back again and recommending it to all our friends! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I would like to mention that everything was wonderful. since it’s November the hotel is a bit quiet, but it doesn’t feel lacking at all. We really liked the variety of food and the aqua park. because weather was a bit cool, we didn’t feel like going to the sea. There is a shuttle service for guests who want to go. I would like to thank the guest relations team for staying in touch and for all their help. I can’t remember her name, but the lady with glasses was especially kind and helpful. she did everything she could to help us find our lost luggage, and thanks to her efforts it was recovered. I really appreciate her help. I will definitely choose this hotel again next year.

Was a bit sceptical as Turkish 5* is usually not really true 5* We arrived late- it’s a good hr from Antalya airport We were greeted by a grumpy receptionist call ‘Sa-fit ’ he was fairly obstructive and unhelpful- everything is too much for him Not letting him dampen our holiday spirit: We were surprised to find the bar & restaurant open 24hrs- children were so happy to see the snow-white restaurant and they even serve sparkling wine! I usually doesn’t drink anything other than champagne-I find the Turkish sparkling very drinkable They (bar, restaurant) give you good big portion of everything too Food were plenty and delicious (a bit on the salty side) The hotel is clean- rooms are cleaned daily with mini bar filled There’s robes and slippers in the rooms! no one pesters you to buy packages - massages / hair No one demand for tips and they have tip boxes so you can do it as you please Kids love the water park (but note only for children 7+ for the slides) Facilities are of good state of repair Mini club opens 10-11pm!! Face painting everyday at 6 is also my kiddo’s highlight! Kids disco could have some changes to the songs every now & then Frequent shuttle to beach which the hotel has its private section with a bar! Kids love the melon ice cream We had a brilliant time- will def come back!

Hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were great size for families. View was of the road really noisy the disco was so loud and the waterpark was overwhelming loud for small children. A la carte was free. Hotel transfer time was 45 mins. Private. Staff don’t speak much English. Not very helpful at end of season. Check in and out was fine. Getting around hotel easy. But most of it shut end of season. Very disappointing! No atmosphere at all in October half term again disappointing . Beautiful hotel. Stunning to look at. All clean bathrooms and rooms room service great. Food awful! Lunch was good. Really check when you go as for what we paid we should have had access to everything. Not much to explore. Do not go jeeobsafari with Jacks…. We all have server ptsd after that! No seatbelts. Dangerous driving! And really quite boring.

We are currently staying at Crystal Hotel, and we are absolutely loving every moment! From the moment we arrived, everything has been perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very welcoming.

The food is amazing — always fresh, varied, and available whenever we’re hungry 🍽️. The water slides are a blast for both kids and adults, providing endless fun throughout the day 💦.

Our room is spacious, cozy, and very comfortable 🛏️, making it easy to relax after a long day of activities. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to make our stay even better 😊.

The location couldn’t be more convenient — just a short walk to the beach and the local shopping area 🏖️🛍️, which makes exploring the surroundings so easy.

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough ❤️. It truly feels like a little paradise, and we can’t wait to make more wonderful memories here!

Onur is a very nice manager, Burak's clothing store has good quality clothes and they are very nice!
The price-performance ratio here is the best!

Never 5*

Im still trying to find where others say this place is spotless - it really isn't. Corners, doors, ledges, air vents - thick in stoor.

Food all very tasteless. Would have been really happy to try Turkish cuisine - sadly its catered to Eatern Europeans, very weird. Everything recycled - whatever left from yesterday, sweetcorn is added and thrown out the next day.

Service pretty shocking - rude, more interested in their mobiles than dealing with customers.

Lifeguards - non existent, on their phones all day. Or blowing a whistle like a 90s rave maniac.

Sun loungers the usual fight with Europeans out at ridiculous o'clock with towels, then never returning all day. [That needs better managed by the Hotel].

Kid down with sickness 3 days in - seemed like food poisoning.

Wouldn't return. If you get it cheap then its ok, but dont be paying premium for this resort.
