I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction regarding our honeymoon stay at your hotel. What should have been a joyful experience became deeply upsetting due to poor room conditions and the unprofessional behavior of a staff member, MEHMET.K.
1. Unacceptable Room Condition
We were assigned a room in what appeared to be a building still under construction. Cement dust covered the floor and surfaces, and the room had clearly not been properly cleaned. The environment felt unsafe and unhygienic.
Although we had reserved two nights, we requested a refund for the second night due to the unacceptable condition. The request was denied under hotel policy, despite the issue being caused by the hotel’s failure to provide a properly maintained room.
2. Inadequate Alternatives
We were shown two alternative rooms:
One had the same cement dust problem, and the other was smaller, outdated, and had visible mold and water stains in the bathroom.
We reluctantly chose the second option only because one female staff member genuinely tried to assist us, while the other front desk staff showed little concern.
3. Broken Promise and Phone Incident
We were told to call the front desk for luggage assistance after packing. We waited over 40 minutes with no response.
When we called again, MEHMET.K answered with irritation and abruptly ended the call.
The delay itself was not the main issue. What upset us was the lack of communication and dismissive attitude. A simple explanation would have prevented much of the frustration.
4. Mocking and Disrespectful Conduct
The following day, when I raised this issue:
MEHMET.K denied the incident.
He implied I was fabricating the story.
He refused to apologize.
When I asked for his name, he mockingly said, “Write it down~~” while briefly flashing his name tag and walking away.
At checkout, he repeated this behavior and sarcastically said, “Very kind girl~~??” in a ridiculing tone.
This conduct was clearly intentional and unprofessional.
5. Impact and Request
This happened during our honeymoon — a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We only expected a clean room, clear communication, and basic respect. Instead, we were treated dismissively and with open mockery.
I sincerely request:
A formal investigation of this matter
Review of CCTV and phone records
Appropriate and serious disciplinary action against MEHMET.K
No guest should be treated in such a degrading manner. I expect a formal response explaining how this issue will be addressed.

Terrible. Bad food, had food poisoning, terrible room. Worst we had in Turkey. They say its a kids hotel but no kids heated pool, food for kids is pre-cooked. CAT poop and hair everywhere. On your room terrace as well. Smell like a swewer on the room terrace. ROOM bathroom is soooo bad. Things folling off, wasn,t renovated since 2000

Update after reply: Why did we not wait in a very bad hotel room in our vacation for an unnanouced and unexpected visit? I guess we need Sherlock Holmes on this one.🤣🤣🤣 Joke aside there is no note in the room. More LIES. You might have mistaken me for another very dissatisfied customer. I feel we are many. I came to you 4 times at the reception for the last 4 days and even asked to speak to a supervisor. I kindly asked to give us another room even if for a few days. You offered me a smaller room where 4 people could not fit, very far away from the beach (we have 2 very small children), way cheaper than the one we booked. Almost every time I was basically shown the finger. This review is not for you, this is for people that might look for a good vacation in the future. They need to know, they cannot find it with these hotels. Foot poisoning culprit: omlette with tomatoes and green paper from the selfservice. Stay away.
