Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a great design. The mini bar was topped up daily, which was a lovely touch and made us feel well taken care of. The food exceeded all our expectations

Pools - spotless, water and surrounding areas, cleaned constantly through your day, no spilled drinks, no rubbish, drips from pool mopped up regularly) we didn’t get his name but we sat mostly at main pool 5, but it was kept immaculate

The games room was too expensive for what you get? It was 12 credits for 25€ which is 2€ per ride, if you are all inclusive the hotel could charge 1€ per ride. That would bring more people in

Food - plentiful and tasty, you can eat 24/7 if you want. We ate at Mexican Al carte one night as per our stay, was tasty. Food never ran out, didn’t matter what time you visited

We had a great promo deal for this hotel and we really liked it. Great aqua park, very good food, staff very pleasant and solid daily and evening animations and shows. Sea was so calm it is a great thing for small kids

I was traveling along the Turkish coast and stayed at this hotel for 5 days. I had a superior room with partial sea and garden views. I mostly lay on the pier, from where I jumped into the sea

It was convenient, and there were fish. The sea was crystal clear, and the mountain views were fantastic. There was plenty of food and drinks. There were plenty of bars, and there were evening shows starting at 9:30 PM

On the check in day we already had problem with reception as they gave us "upgrade" from our booked main building junior suite sea view to family room, same view

Leyla from main restaurant was excellent, she was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. This was despite the language barrier. Thank you this made our visit a very positive experience xx

The meals are repeated every day with minor changes, and it would be better to prepare two additional main courses than twenty different vegetable side dishes. The meals are also often lukewarm or almost cold

It is maintained in some way, but for example, the doors, door frames, and bathroom were in pretty poor condition and definitely needed professional repair or renovation. The main restaurant is a weak point

The hotel is well adapted for guests in wheelchairs: everywhere is barrier-free, a regular economy room is spacious enough to pass. The bathroom and shower cabin are also quite large

We stayed from May 24 to May 30, 2025 We liked absolutely everything: Spacious rooms, large territory, huge swimming pools, nimble waiters in restaurants

Shops for convenience, cloths and jewellery. A few bars, with nearly enough seating. The ice creams, iced coffee and milkshakes being the best offered on an all Inc for me

The only problem was the sea/beach area. You can only use 1/3 of the area coz of huge rocks and altogether with waves could be pretty dangerous. There is even a sign not to enter or swim there

Lovely people and very welcoming despite not much english people they treated me as one of their own got some stuff for the family the food and entertainment was good tried some other foods I didn't know about whilst here

Came here as a last minute trip to escape English weather and we are not disappointed this Hotel is fantastic one of the best we have every stayed in. The rooms very spacious and very clean

I have limited mobility and use a roller walker, iv had no problems at all getting around and useing all the facilities the restaurant, pool area and sunbeds on the beach have reserved areas for those with disabilities and vets the first time iv ever seen this in a hotel and it feels so inclusive

Irem from Guest relations is very helpful and speaks excellent English. Irem also helped us book into the Chinese restaurant and sat and talked to us and explained more about the hotel which was very helpful

One part of the room had 2 singles pushed together with the bathroom then there was a separate very large room with a large double and a single bed. The balcony was huge with beautiful sea views

Just spend one week in orka Lotus beach hotel and I’m very, very satisfied… Great location, lovely atmosphere,delicious food and views made a huge impression on me and my family, rooms very comfortable and clean with A/C

Some days the music was a little loud but we still loved it. We didn't use the smaller pools or the adults only one as they weren't heated. The waterslides were open every day from 10. 30 and again from 2 to 4 (approx)

The Tapas snack bar was our kids favourite, lovely fresh food throughout the day and being poolside it was just perfect. We also ate at the Chinese and Turkish a la carte restaurants and both were great

My family and I stayed in the Orka Lotus Beach for a week beginning March 17th in a family room. Here's a little breakdown of our thoughts. Room - The room (6611) was perfect for our family of 5

We particularly appreciated the staff serving cocktails in the Marin Bar, the cleaner of our room Guylan who took excellent care of us, the security guard Abbas, the guest services guy Effy and so many more of the staff too numerous to mention! We stayed at the hotel for 10 in a basic room. Every member of staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was exceptional with a wide range of different cuisines, always beautifully presented

Attention! Restaurant A La card is designed for 18 people! So it recorded the same day in the morning from 8-30 to 9-30 or need to take a turn ! And not the fact that you can hit it ! It is not true! The hotel has 222 rooms , then there are 444 people at least , and now divide it into 10 days,(this is the average number of rest days each), and get 45 people a day must visit the restaurant seats 18

We have been to this hotel 2 years running now, me and my family had the most amazing time on both occasions! We had a swim up room which was lovely, especially the treats and bottle of fizz that was sent to our room on our first morning! The only downside was that the private pool only got two hours of sun in the afternoon which was slightly disappointing, however we spent the days by the main pool and then went back to our room around 3pm to enjoy the private pool

A group of 130 people stayed here between September 30 and October 5, 2025, to celebrate our school's 42nd graduation anniversary and reminisce. My wife and I stayed in room 1210. The room was spacious and comfortable

The hand sanitizer dispenser didn’t work on several days during our stay, which is unhygienic considering how many people touch the serving utensils. One person in our group got sick with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea

My brother went back the next day and asked again, and suddenly they did have one available — so we managed to rent it after all. One of our rooms had an air conditioner that didn’t work

It was also hard to find available sunbeds. People reserved them early in the morning with towels, and often only half were actually being used. There really should be a better system for this

Otherwise, the beach was nice, the food was varied, the cleaning was good, and the hotel itself looked lovely — but overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations

Staff spoke limited English, which made communication difficult. For example, when we asked to rent a stroller, we were told they didn’t have any, even after showing a picture

The kids loved playing there as long as it was turned off, but they quickly got cold. There were an extremely high number of Russian guests both at the hotel and in the area

Food was excellent, so much to choose from some, my only negative was some days food was warm because people did not put the hot plate down to cover the food

There is a pontoon pier and long beach section that is private to the hotel. We found this perfect to sit some evenings just listening to the sea. Evening entertainment was also very good

Kenan and Elyas have been the best bar staff I could have ever asked for and the man on the beach running with all the beers all 3 were amazing and I enjoyed every second of my trip!

Things to consider are: temperature in peak season and the amount of guests at the hotel (peak season) means seating at the beach bar for evening entertainment is limited

Stayed for 2wks on a family holiday during the peak season in the latter part of August. We had a great holiday and considering coming back next year

The hotel furniture and rooms are new and good...

My stay here was great for all the time I was there. Amazing food, drinks, activities, different bars and snack bars, restaurants, parties at night. It was bliss BUT I was scammed by the shop selling bags and perfumes

I bought perfumes in the shop and when I wanted to leave one of the sellers wanted to gift me a magnet and he insisted I should leave the bags and perfumes at the check out counter as the other colleague will keep an eye

I'm here at the moment and I'm loving everything about it. It's very friendly staff makes it easier. Food is lovely specially burger and pizza. Both sides pools massive and clean and loads activities to do

This was to give the other guy time to swap my good colognes with bad ones. When I got home I opened them and they were half filled, soo old bottles with coloured fluids in them

We attended for a week in October half term. We hadn’t visited Turkey before so it was our first experience. Everything was amazing from the start. The hotel is constantly cleaned, the staff go above and beyond
