Our stay at Rixos belek was nothing less than excellent! The whole experience started as soon as we landed with the premium transfer from thw airport, got to the villa and our concierge was waiting there for us with flowers and champagne

Very nice room sadly the pool infront of the room isnt headted so its basically unusable outside of the warmest points in summer, having the land of legends included is also very nice, the included fast track pass is also very nice

It's the small things, the attention to detail and the smile and positive energy that you brought to our 10 days here that made the difference between good and excellent. Thank you for everything and see you next time

Overall, I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. From the beginning right through to the very end, we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble

The highlight was my son’s 11th birthday: the team filled our villa with balloons and planned a full, fabulous day at Land of Legends with special experiences that made him feel so special

Everyday we had full support from the staff and they were so so helpful and allways with a smile on their faces!!!! Food amazing, loads of activities for children and adults too

She is very accommodating whatever level you are at. If you're a golfer the faldo courses are in great condition and a challenge, also all inclusive at the golf club, so know need to rush back to the hotel

Top brand drinks, whatever you drink you can have at this hotel. Mira the young lady in the gym is very good & helpful, would definitely recommend a keep fit class with her

Beautiful property, great customer service, most everyone spoke English, amazing food! They have something for everybody on the property, and if not on the property they can get you to where you would like to go.

You don't have to take any toiletries as everything you need is already there and topped up most days. The food on offer is great, you can always find something different every night

Plenty of seats around the pool

One in particular that made every guests experience more fun is the manager Rida. This gentleman went out of his way to interact with us, and every other guest. Can’t say enough about how welcoming he is

I have booked a vacation for my parents this past week to Kaya Palazzo resort, The facilities were very clean and organized and luncheon dinner was on site 24 seven as it described, nice view at the beach they gave my parents the best front beach view room which is most of them sits on a beach or Seaview, I would like to mention a person became highly recommended by my parents that is a manager names...

Had a holiday with my dad as he'd stayed here many times before, it was my first time and it was AMAZING! Absolutely immense. Food was amazing, bars were amazing, staff service was incredible

So, this wonderful practice has been discontinued for the winter season. And all the areas were shared, with no separation. We were hoping to at least relax on the beach without the kids' frantic screams

Always kids entertainment on throughout the day. Kids show ar 8:30 every night. Plenty of sun loungers, you don't need to get up at stupid o'clock to reserve one

The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean! The entertainment team were brilliant, and was great fun for our 3 year old daughter! There was plenty of things for the children to do!

It was shocking to see such behavior being welcomed at a resort, but apparently, as the saying goes, 💸 money doesn’t smell. For context, our family has stayed multiple times at Ela Quality Resort (four times!) and Rixos

Until management rethinks its target audience and enforces rules for a respectful, international environment, I cannot recommend this hotel to families or anyone seeking peace

It honestly felt like the hotel caters almost exclusively to Russian guests: entertainment, announcements, even music and activities were all tailored to them

There were Russian guests there too, but never overwhelmingly so — the atmosphere was still balanced, international, and much more respectful

Nirvana Dolce Vita, by contrast, feels entirely dominated by one type of visitor

Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere was extremely disappointing

The staff is polite, friendly, and professional. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Most of the guests spoke Russian, but there were also many people from Europe, the US, and the Middle East

The room itself was great: spaciousand clean with everything we needed to relax. It made the holiday feel special to have the terrace open directly onto the pool and quiet atmosphere away from the busier areas

One downside was that the pool in the Jasmine area wasn't heated. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s zoo and how well the animals were cared for. It was clear they are looked after with attention and respect

The TV in our villa was all in Russian however and we couldn’t work out how to change it but that was a minor niggle. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We hope to come back soon!

Our family had the best vacation at Belconti! The pools are fantastic, the food was delicious with so many options, and the kids absolutely loved the mini club and evening shows. Everything was clean and well-organized

Sea was very clean (sand beach). It's perfect for families but if you go solo or as a couple i can assure you find yourself many things to do

We stayed at the main building (where the lobby bar placed) and all amenities were working perfectly. The beach is very wide with many seats. The towel has a card system allows you to exchange card with towel

Myself and my wife personally do not prefer to use pool at public places but i observed there were many activities occurred at the pool side (even though it was end-September !). Overall, it is a quiet and safe place

There were lots of great facilities, food was decent but due to being out of season quite a few outlets and activities were not open which was a shame. But hope to come back in the summer to experience the whole resort

Food and drink are exceptional, the buffet is incredible, it’s impossible to not find something you’d like! Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly, drinks service is prompt and the overall cleanliness is admirable! I have 5 days left, I will report further and answer any questions raised! Come to the titanic, it’s by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey

We never had to leave our sun longer and were never without a drink in hand! My children particularly enjoyed the slides, although they found the main pool a little too cold at times. All the staff were so helpful…

Rooms were clean, tidy and a good size with a really nice shower in the bathroom, balcony was good too. We did a package holiday through Jet2 and was very good value for money on what was included within the resort

Proper looks like the titanic from both outside and inside. Absolutely caters for all, from babies to teens to adults. Plenty of daily entertainment. 4 massive pools, 1 indoor pool with gym and an aqua park

It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life

Water sports — the prices are completely unreasonable. Jet ski for 15 minutes costs €100. I have never seen such prices anywhere. And no, the jet skis are not better — contrary to what they claim — than in other resorts

7 Google rating is completely inaccurate. The à la carte restaurants are a joke — in reality, they serve the same dishes to everyone. Only the seafood restaurant is worth recommending

We were traveling with a newborn, who had trouble falling asleep — and so did I. It is incomprehensible that beach towels must be taken from the rooms; they are not available on the beach. The pool water is not heated

The temperature displayed on the board does not reflect reality — it showed 26°C, but in fact it was 21°C. The water is too cold for children; the sea was warmer — about 25–26°C

The restaurant staff at lunch and dinner are only concerned with clearing tables; during the entire stay, we were asked only once if we wanted something to drink. The drinks (cocktails) are of good quality

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly organized, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our entire stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service

We’re staying in the swim up rooms, which are heated. The Teppanyaki chef is funny and makes a great interactive experience. We are still to try the other facilities but so far we are enjoying our time here

Emre is a great waiter for our lunch time food near the pool and looks after us well at that time of day too. I think there’s amazing staff here and all work extremely hard to make this place wonderful

Amazing place! Beautiful 360 degree views, great facilities, a lot of pools, aqua park, beach, entertainment, delicious food, great drinks and cocktails and last but not least - very kind personnel with great hospitality and service

There is a separate access to a private beach by the sea (for convenience, a small bus even takes you there)

Everything was amazing! The view from the mountain was really beautyfull and the shows were really good. The staff was really kind they said hello everytime and we had a good laugh at the chickens roaming the hotel

There is also a restaurant in the water park, and a place under the main bar where they make delicious Gozleme from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The rooms are spacious, with a bath and a balcony
