Depending where you ordered a drink, depends on how strong or weak the drink was. No consistency, it would appear that as the hotel is closing for the season, it was get what your given

Famous hotel, nice location, very friendly personal, comfotly and modern rooms. Best pools, on the bar you get if you want. Complete the best place for nice holiday!!!

First impressions were good however over the course of the holiday, this slowly deteriorated. Food 3/5 - Snack bar food was much better than the evening buffet. Buffet food was usually the same food night after night

Well I need not have worried! Firstly it’s important to note it cost us £1900 for a week for 2 adults and 1 child in half term, so my expectations are low, as long as we can swim and there’s at least chips and salad we will survive! Food Considering we are here for the last week of the season I found the food to be fantastic

Arrived at night so it was dark We were allocated rooms 4121 and 4123 In the morning we were surprised by the lovely sea view probably due to Ozge who i contacted prior to our stay

I used the escalator to access the circular path thar runs parallel with the sea, a nice walk i found the bank a little tiring to get to main entrance to hotel

Ice cream is available all day, which is a good thing 😅 The coffee shop areas are nicely decorated. Plenty of space, so you can relax with or without children. Thank you so much for the great stay! 🙏🏻

This hotel is really great! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

3) Beautiful grounds with pine trees and a sea breeze, the mountain views are stunning! 4) Since we stayed during the winter concept, the food and entertainment were limited

I really liked it, especially the staff. They were always smiling and provided excellent service. The variety and taste of the food were also great. Thank you!

First time at this hotel, observations: 1) The hotel has been undergoing a gradual renovation since 2023: rooms, the main restaurant, some public bathrooms, the children's area + children's restaurant, and the spa complex (including the gym) are already complete and look great

The shower in the room was leaking very badly. The guys at the reception are very polite, and the girls are on their phones and don't notice you. Parking on the premises is apparently occupied by staff cars

Our rooms where all of good proportion very big and clean, having 2 doubles and 1 family room, they were topped up with clean towels each day and water if you needed it, and stunning views over the sea

The swimming pools were too cold to swim in they were virtually empty the whole 9 days we were there, apart from a few brave souls mainly kids. So we swam in the sea that was a lot warmer

pleny of seats outside but it was too windy and cold. We were lucky most nights due to going dinner late and not watching the show, it empties out a bit when people go and watch the show at 9

Food was ok, we didnt go hungry and lots of choice, but sometimes the restaurants had weird combinations lots of boiled veg, stews and flat chicken on the bone and had a lot of the same things each day although they did do theme nights which were better

The snack bar was ok but again the same food each day and always full of wasps this was a better eating option for lunch than the buffet restaurant and seved fresh waffles and icecream

We stayed here from 4th october to the 13th october as a family of 7 people aged 17 yrs to 72 yrs. Firstly let me say the hotel was stunning, beautiful views and beautiful landscape

Just because you are on floor 2 don’t expect pressing 2 on the lift will get you to your floor as there are maybe three blocks, so sometimes you must walk side ways prior to going up or down! Lots of pools to choose from and even when busy, you can usually find a lounger

Myself and my husband visited for a week early September 2025 for the first time. We found the room clean and the beds were super comfy. I have seen mention of rooms not being cleaned daily, which was not the case for us

The toilet roll holders are really low on the wall in some of the toilets, that was odd, not sure if that is a Turkish thing? Fridge in room stocked daily with soft drinks and a couple of beers

Our room faced a very busy road, initially I was concerned this would be an issue but we both slept really well. My husband adored the olive shower gel which was available in the shower

From being flexible in extending my stay due to unexpected circumstances, to allowing my friend to join me 1/2 way through the stay, everyone made this trip the most joyful it could be

Good selection in restaurant, loved the hot chocolate. Liked the variety of snack bars where menu differed. Husband loved the cherry cake. Overall we were served promptly

The quality of this hotel in all aspects was 5 star. The setting is truly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and both housekeeping and mini bar service were on the mark

This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together

If I wanted to meet in person, they were there to listen, guide and direct me to the perfect holiday, getting the most out of all the amenities they offer! They have 6 ala carte’ restaurants, we visited them all, each one better than the next in their own special way

If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience

We did find it eventually! Food, as per usual was wonderful. We enjoyed all of the options on offer and highly recommend that all restaurants are tried at least once (the supplements are entirely worth it!)

We had Çağla, Yaşar, Aleyna and Sıtkı. Çağla has looked after us for two years in a row and is truly outstanding in doing everything she can to ensure you have the best holiday experience

The service - price policy is perfect, the hotel is not very new but everything is clean, live music every night in three different locations, lunapark for kids every evening, pebble beach, but the water is clean, good and tasty food, very suitable for young couples with children, highly recommend!

Went to Turkey in October with my friend to armas pemar beach had a great time loads to do. Food was really nice Outside the hotel over the road you had plenty of shops to explore

The rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help us with any problems we had Will definitely ruturn

Also, there were lots of very cute cats, different kind of animals! One even took my seat haha

However, there were problems with language skills, most of the employees spoke only Turkish or Russian, few understood or spoke English, but the guest relations team was excellent in this area

The entertainment team also did their job professionally, although they could have included a little variety in the dances or the music they chose to play, for example, but that was okay

A well-coordinated team of staff makes your vacation unforgettable! A room with a beautiful view of the sea, the sound of the waves and the cleanliness that Havva brings is pleasing to the eye! A compliment in the form of a rose and a heart on a bed of petals simply delights! Snow-white linen and towels that are changed every day, delicious varied food, friendly and helpful hotel staff, a spa center...

We stayed at Granada Luxury Okurcalar from 19th - 24th October, the resort was very clean, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay

Our room was on the 8th floor with a balcony and sea view, we couldn't see the sea or the pool as the wall was very high, however the room was very clean and spacious

From my opinion the following things can be improved; swimming pool can be heated (the water was very cold), songs played by the Dj in the swimming pool, Disco & Shark Night Club were the same everyday - new songs would be preferable

And most important side that has made our stay better was the staff!! The staff are amazing especially the boys behind the snack bar at night and the boys at the Corner bar. Friendly funny respectful and look after you

My first all inclusive holiday with my wife was here and what an experience it was. Definition of all inclusive holiday is here. Don’t know where to start but we stayed for 5 Nights and wish we could stayed longer

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is excellent, very tasty and there is a lot of choice. The pools are always crystal clear, the surroundings are well-kept, and the beach and sea are beautiful

We spent one week at Club Nena with 6 people (4 adults and 2 children), and we had an amazing time! We didn’t miss a thing. The double room was perfectly suitable for 2 adults and a 6-year-old child

One negative: the stone surface around the pool with the slides and near the Relax Bar is dangerously slippery. Something should definitely be done about that. Our children slipped several times as well

When it comes to food, really only those who don’t want to eat won’t find something they like — the selection was incredible! The beach, the many pools, and the slides all exceeded our expectations

Apart from that, I have nothing else negative to mention. The animation team does everything to make sure you’re having a great time, with daily activities, a kids' disco, and evening shows

A great experience, I would come back. Good staff, we had a problem with AC in our room, they fixed it within an hour. They speak so many languages, no problem to communicate

The gardens and the scenery of the sea from our room were breathtaking. There’s daily entertainment for the kids in throughout the day and evening that were enjoyable

Whenever we had a request, no one said, “You need to talk to someone else about that. ” They either handled it personally or offered an alternative solution. We left very satisfied with the team’s attitude and goodwill

Location is for peacefull and relax vacation. Atmosphere is very nice. I LOVED Starbucks coffe. Evening shows were grate. Room with new renovation, cleen.

Duja Didim was an amazing experience. I went with 2 children and it was very family friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and had all the necessary facilities you would need. The staff were all friendly and helpful

Our sea-view room was spacious and airy. The pier and pools were more than sufficient. The food — both the open buffet and à la carte options — was varied and delicious. It’s a hotel I can totally recommend

The option of foods were plentiful with many options and throughout the whole day till 2am so you can never go hungary

I would like to thank the hotel staff, manager Svetlana and guest relation chef Emir for resolving problems very quickly and professionally. To the maids, for their smiles and perfect cleanliness in the room

We came at the end of the season and found it to be a much quieter experience than in the height of summer - the final day, all the hotel guests were outnumbered by staff which actually was a great experience! The weather was excellent this time of year (Oct half term) and the pools and sea were plenty warm enough

Would recommend upgrading to a sea view, you get a beautiful sunset and further away from the main road. A few tips: The hotel runs a free shuttle service to Alanya and Side, and we would recommend the latter

So many chefs walking round and people to assist when needed. The food has been a real highlight. Worth noting as well how many bars and kiosks are dotted around for you to get drinks & snacks

The beach and beach bar have a very cool vibe, we would agree with many comments saying bring beach shoes as it is stoney, but easily accessible and has a pontoon to walk in from/jump off

I also have to say a big thank you to serhat from the spa he was so friendly and helpful and made sure our spa experience was first class Kingdom of the sea what is part of the hotel is fantastic

Souhir in the mini club and mini disco was amazing my daughter absolutely loved her so is so good with the kids 😊 Ismail made my children holiday one they will never forget he was amazing they looked forward to darts everyday and had the biggest smiles as soon as they saw him

Very well mannered and correct! Let's highlight the bartender Moose, of course! He remembers all the guests' preferences and is very friendly! I really liked the attitude of the staff towards animals! They didn’t kick out the cats and allowed them to feed!!! Everything is generally harmonious here! Comfort, service, food, drinks and the beach!

We have just had the most amazing holiday here. The rooms are clean with fresh towels daily and a stocked fridge

Had the most AMAZING family holiday here. The value for money is outstanding. Loved the food and location with the Kingdom of the sea being a firm favourite. The beach had plenty of loungers and space to swim

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to get a room with a direct sea view, which we regret. But we believe that we will still enjoy our vacation! We wish you many satisfied clients and look forward to seeing you!

Just got back from 10 nights here, what a fantastic holiday. Straight from the off knew we had picked well, nice rooms and great location, only a little Dolmus ride from right outside the hotel to Side Old Town

Our stay at Arcanus Sorgun exceeded expectations! Beautiful area, friendly staff, and a very comfortable atmosphere. Special thanks to Berkai — always helpful, attentive, and quick to solve any problems

Fantastic hotel, place is spotless. The staff are first class & go out their way to serve & help you. There's a bus stop & taxi rank right outside & cheap to get to Side

First morning and right through to the last one, no Sunbed wars, even after a morning t the Bazaar came back and plenty of beds I all the different locations

I am first time at this hotel, and I was impressed by the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. In the room there is a shower and bathtub, first time i am seeing that in the same room

The front desk was super efficient, and check-in was lightning fast! The room was clean and tidy, with branded toiletries. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it was perfectly fine for business trips. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to Marmaray train station, only few minutes away, so you don't need a car to go to Üsküdar or Sirkeci station, where's Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque or other in known places nearby

Also by walking from there, easily can go Galata bridges, Taksim etc. The hotel is in front Pendik Sahil (beach and walking zone)

The most memorable feature was the 7th floor I was in had a great view of the sea and the window opened fully like a door with no balcony

Buffet is vast and impressively presented and lovelt quality food. Kids options always there, chips nuggets etc. Al la carte restaurants -allowed one per stay. Stunning rooftop location for Asian a al carte

Different planned activities thru the day. Kids disco every night and kids show once a week and festival with bouncy castles one day a week. Other entertainment starting later for adults (we didn’t see this)

Snacks available at most bars and some designated snack outlets all included. Bars offer wide range of great quality drinks. Baby milk available (aptamil)

On site shop has a good range of useful things and pool essentials but it’s expensive so try to bring all you need. There’s a small shop 500m outside the hotel to the right which is cheaper for gifts and inflatables etc

Main water park mostly for age 5 and up, some fab huge adult slides. Kids club- you can drop off kids over 5 to stay and play all day. Buffet for kids there and play area for toddlers also indoors

We visited during the off-peak season, so not everything was available as advertised, and some facilities and activities were limited. This did reduce the overall experience slightly, but we still enjoyed our time here

What I liked most was that, despite the luxurious surroundings, there was a very friendly atmosphere – nowhere felt overly stuffy. The entire stay was a great experience, and I already know I'll be happy to return

The spa is amazing we went for a Turkish bath, spa and message and 2 further massages with Ferit and Emie and they were both amazing and we would highly recommend a visit(sorry if I have spelt your names wrong)

I also used the spa, and honestly, I haven't had such a good time in a long time. The breakfast buffet was so varied that I tried something different every day, and dinner in the restaurant was a pure pleasure

The à la carte restaurants are a step above, with excellent service. Despite the number of guests, the restaurant team kept everything running smoothly. The bar service was also excellent

I spent a week at this hotel, and it's really hard to find a single negative. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful and smiling, making you feel at ease immediately

Immediately after, some other non-english children were interacted with and joined in with what they were doing. We were warned prior to arrival about food and cleanliness. I came down with a stomach bug 1 week in

They’re only open during the peak season because the weather is warmer. Alina, the manager is super friendly and helpful. The SPA is excellent, they make you feel so relaxed and recharged

The main entrance looks really nice but all the carpets in the hallways to your room all need replacing. They are covered in stains and lifting causing a trip hazard. Some money needs to be spent to upgrade alot

The staff lack speaking any English which does not help having English guests. We occasionally get change of towels in our rooms but other than that they are not cleaned. The shower was poor and not strong

Thanks to the manager who managed everything so that i could get to the doctor as soon as possible my leg doesnt hurt anymore but is still swollen. I needed an 200ml infusion and some meds which cost 250€

The people are very helpful but the first room i had had moldy walls, a wet bed and stuff like that so we needed to change rooms, the slides were okay even though the yellow one cut my back really bad

This is my third time at the hotel. The rooms are large, and there's always a seat on the beach and by the pools, no matter what time you arrive. The restaurant also always has tables both indoors and outdoors

Main restaurant experience not for the feint of heart in the middle of summer holiday season and though food choice was reasonable, quality not as hoped

The selection has been significantly reduced, and many dishes are now unappetizing. Sometimes they undercook, sometimes overcook, or overcook. You definitely won't go hungry, but it's just not very welcoming

There are two distinct hotels, Bohemia looks far better and would have been worth paying the extra (à la carte restaurants included, upgraded rooms, beach facilities etc)

Pools good, food and drinks availability was reasonable, no pool service though (even for towels). All sun beds towelled up by mid morning but many-to-most unoccupied

€20 per person à la carte worth it and eating at Bohemia for €50 per person was nice, but for one of us getting a bit sick, likely from a shellfish dish

But what made my stay truly special was that I received a marriage proposal here! 💍 The hotel staff went above and beyond to organize everything — from the romantic decorations to the perfect timing and setting on the pier

everything 10 stars, delicious Turkish food, a huge selection of dishes and extra eastern cuisine, perfect service, clean, azure water in numerous swimming pools, a pebble beach with a sandbank a few steps from the hotel

Everything organized and furnished comfortably for guests. Not cheating drinks, great coffee and sweets at every step. Possibility of well-organized trips - which we took advantage of

The hotel has a truly beautiful setting with a lovely beach and a stunning pier that became one of my favorite places to watch the sunset

Pools look spotless but we didn’t go in, as we loved the beach, not a stone in sight, sea was warm and clear. The beach restaurant was excellent, loved the bread being made

Could always find something to eat in the evenings, lots of choices. Breakfast was really good, mostly had the omelette or eggs. We were very impressed by the cocktails in the Blue Bar

Also loved the coffee shop and cakes. The couple of shows we watched were really entertaining. A big shout out to all the staff. The waiting staff were excellent

The food is good, plenty of choice and all cooked well, the exception being breakfast, which was hit and miss, if you like eggs done a dozen different ways, or the German meats and cheeses then you will be fine, i would love to see the amazing eggy bread and poached eggs available every day and am a little unsure why they would serve things like cauliflower and brussel sprouts at breakfast time though...

We were very pleased with our room, plenty of storage for suitcases etc, also liked the bathroom setup. Beds comfortable, nice to have fridge

Hotel always being cleaned, staircases being swept to washing down the foot showers at the beach. The cleaners do a fantastic job. The man at the beach keeps everything tidy

Only concern was lack of toilets, which result in main toilets inside hotel entertainment area are extremely busy, which result in slippery surfaces in & around areas where people traffic need to go, so many many more wet floor & slippery floor signs needed

We came as a couple in our 70's and had a brilliant holiday. The hotel is a mix of nationalities and ages, which we prefer. Everything exceeded our expectations

The only thing i would recommend is an extra toilet somewhere around the bar at the sea. Sometimes you have to walk a little far. In the end a very good hotel to recommend, i think we would come back once more👌

The beach was sand and some gravel with hotel sunbeds (free of charge). The sea was clean and warm, but there were large areas of hidden rocks, which made it a bit awkward to wade out and swim

The room also had a fabulous view of the grounds and the sea. I cannot imagine why anyone would criticise the food. So much choice and so many restaurants and bars

All this and lovely pools set in beautiful, spacious grounds with plenty of sunbeds. You can go a la carte if you want a change, but we didn't bother. They catered for children and people who prefer plainer food as well
