Worst services ever, I think this hotel deserves 2 stars only for the position and the sea...old hotel, unprofessional reception employees, broken air conditioning, they promise you every day that they would fix it or change room, only 1 person is talking in English. In 4 days, they changed out towels and toilet paper, no vacuum. At the end, we tried to see the good part, the sea.
So, if you want to have a nice holiday, you should choose another hotel.

This hotel was a complete disappointment for us. We booked a trip and used to stay here in July. My own failure was not reading the reviews before the booking. I expected the 5 star service and good cuisine. But it ruined all our expectations of this place. The stuff here is incompetent and even rude with a lack of speaking skills.
I payed extra for a seaview room but what we got instead was a backyard and tennis court side with small glimpse to the sealine. Moreover our room was above some huge ventilating system and the balcony became a smelly and noisy place with no chance for us to relax. Hotel room had an old furniture, TV didn't work due to absence of the power cable!
During the first night our inroom AC leaked down to the wardrobe and flooded all my shirts! I used to wait 4 DAYS to have them back from the laundry!
The hotel canteen was overcrowded and served just basic overcooked meals.
The only positive part of this hotel is quite a long beach, but even there your comfort can be interrupted by some annoying beachsellers.
So for conclusion I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, it's not yet ready for the tourists.
