Good hotel for a short business trip. Although I wasn’t really thrilled with responsiveness and service. Property was clean enough though ,I give them that.

Baggage not taken to room, very late check in time, bathroom drain really bad smell, had to ask for robes for the spa area. Taking 100 euro deposit, suggests lack of trust of your guests. The hotel, room and staff are great! There is something that honestly brothered me.  Anything bought at the hotel bar had a 10% mandatory service charge.  And this 10% does NOT go to the empoles who are there serving, but to the hotel company. Does not seem fair

I bought a subscription for a year to this hotel's gym. I am so happy for that because gym is so hygienic. It is always clean. Mr.Kazım and Mrs.Nur always pay attention to us. I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman–Mercure Hotel in Istanbul. Apart from the location, everything was great. The hotel is tired, located centrally, not far from the metro. Breakfast is normal. The inside pool was cold in winter. Cleaning is decent.

I really loved the Shangri-La atmosphere; it blended Chinese artistic flair with French creamy elegance. Combined with the view from the window, it felt tranquil and pleasant, yet full of charm. I am currently staying in the surmeli hotel istanbul. When you enter the hotel, you can smell a very pungent and sewage smell. In breakfast, water was leaking from the roof. The staff are quite friendly. The rooms have very dull lighting and it can feel quite claustrophobic because it's a round building. The food was basic, not what you would expect, same thing eveyday.

This is not in a touristy neighborhood. I chose this because it was closer to where I had some business to take care of. Staff needs to be little more friendly and perhaps smile especially room service staff. Housekeeping was great. Bar is totally dead. I was there for 4 nights and never saw anyone at the bar having a drink.

Reviewing the F&B team working on 21/9/25 - the morning staff are very accommodating. We dont eat beef and they were kind enough to get us french fries and hot chocolate upon request as we dont take beef.
