1. AC didn't work - it heated up to 30*C when we wanted cold, at least 20*C,
2. The doorknob of the bathroom was destroyed and blocked the door, you have to push it hard with force to open.
3. There are completely broken floor panels between the bed and the bathroom, and it somehow fills completely with water. Every time you step on the panel your socks get completely soaked.
4. There's black mold (extremely dangerous) in many places in the bathroom.
5. Window can't be opened well to help with the horrible hot air.
6. The lights close to the bed are extremely bright and cold - they should have warm light and be dim or at least adjustable.
The food was good though, can recommend buffet dinner/breakfast here.
Cleaning lady was the best part of this hotel.
Only good thing about the room was the view 10/10.
Nothing special about the room, very small and the bathroom as well.
Worst service ever.
They only provide the absolute bare minimum.
Food was good but no breakfast in room service.
You have to call and ask for something multiple times and still you might get nothing, I had surgery and had to call front desk crying for them to finally send me some ice. Literally the worst service.
The only reason you might consider this hotel is because of the location, but i’m pretty sure there are multiple better options nearby.
So I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
