My stay was extremely comfortable, and the hotel room was very clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I always go here. I find the location ideal if you have your own transport; otherwise, it's a bit more difficult. The staff and hotel are superb. Hygiene is excellent.

The SPA practically consists only of two saunas (separate for men and women), hammam and changing rooms, which are also used by the hotel staff. There were no bathrobes in the room, so we had to ask several times both the lobby staff and the SPA reception staff before we got them. During peak hours, the main reception appears understaffed, resulting in slower service than expected for a five-star hotel.

A good hotel with a pleasant breakfast. They throw in Olivier eggs, fruit, dried fruit, coffee, and juice tomorrow. Overall, a very good hotel. It's located in the center but pleasant. The atmosphere is very busy and very good. I recommend everyone to come. We were here, it's freezing, it's a bit watery, it was very cool for us, it was great to study. You filmed videos here, and so on. We're making a review for this. The staff is also very polite and helpful, they smile, everything is superb. Thank you very much to the hotel staff. I wish you success. We'll come again.

I had a wonderful stay at Lionel Hotel Istanbul! The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and in a great location. But what truly made the experience special was the warm hospitality and excellent service from the staff — especially Tung Ozdemir.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. All requests dealt with in a friendly manner and also enjoyed their guest promotion for evening cocktails and spa massages. Special mention to Elif at reception who was very attentive and the bar lady who was working solo but did a fine job in attending to the several customers.

I had accidentally booked the wrong dates on a nonrefundable reservation, but thanks to Suat and the hotel team, not only was I able to get a refund, they also secured the correct dates for me. That level of service is rare and truly unforgettable.
