I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Pera and had a mixed experience. I arrived around 11 PM and handed my passport to the front desk, then waited in the seating area. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes before being checked in, even though another guest who arrived after me was assisted first. The staff only noticed me again after some time, which was a bit disappointing after a long day.
I also noticed a few other guests having problems with their room access cards, so it seemed like there were some system issues that night.
On a positive note, one staff member kindly assisted me to my room and explained the amenities and breakfast schedule, which I appreciated. The room itself was nice and comfortable, and I especially liked the large mirror on the wall.
However, the soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear noise from the corridor and the next room after midnight.
I had breakfast twice during my stay. The food was decent, but it was the same both days. It would be nice if they offered more variety on different days.
I was able to use the gym, which was fine, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool because the water was too cold.
Overall, the hotel has good potential and some friendly staff, but there are areas that could be improved, especially with check-in efficiency, noise control, and breakfast variety.

We had a good stay at this hotel! The room was clean and big enough. The location is the best thing as it is only a few minutes walk from Istikal Street and in proximity of Taksim. The breakfast is alright, nothing exceptional as it only has turkish food options. We only had a bad experience on the last day just before checking out a member of staff entered the room while we were still inside without any door knocking or warning.

The breakfast is okay. It's a bit noisy at night. We were caught in the hallway being renovated. Our room wasn't particularly spacious. It's fine for an overnight stay.

Hotel is goods, staff is good but very noisy at night, probability windows aren’t noise proof. Also the breakfast was awful, the toaster wasn’t working and for fried eggs they were charging extra despite paying for breakfast. It was just awful breakfast and the area for breakfast was very small as per the crowd,

Our stay was wonderful thanks to the amazing team! Khaled, the tour desk agent was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He arranged our activities perfectly and made everything easy for us. Chaima, the guest relations manager was equally welcoming and attentive, always checking that we were comfortable and satisfied. Their warmth and professionalism really made our experience special. Highly recommended!

While the hotel is not 5 star as listed I still had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The highlight were the staff were extremely friendly and professional. After a very early arrival after my flight, they had the first suitable room available cleaned for me for an early check in. The gym while tiny and insufficiently cooled and small has a great selection of weights, including an olympic bar, ez bar, plates totaling 100kg and 30kg dumbbells. The rooftop pool and lounge area is bigger and better than in the photos. You also get complimentary towels from the pool attendant, which are also available for the gym from the spa operators.
Where they loose the star, the decor feels dated, the sun lounges by the pool aren’t cleaned daily, in my room there were 3 minor repairs needed and the restaurant only offered pizza, pasta and salad even though they still present you with a full menu for including mains of steak, chicken and fish.
I would stay there again.

Review: Ramada By Wyndham Istanbul Pera
I stayed here with my girlfriend for one week, and overall, I’d rate this hotel around 3.5–3.8 stars at best, despite it being advertised as a 5-star property.
Positive Aspects:
The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. For example, when our TV stopped working, they quickly sent someone to fix it without any hassle.
The rooftop swimming pools were genuinely enjoyable and a highlight of the hotel.
Negative Aspects:
Room condition: The toilet seat was broken, the mattress was stained and discolored, the fridge barely kept water cool, and the jacuzzi on our balcony didn’t work (though oddly, the one next door seemed to be functional).
Cleanliness and trust issues: Towels at the rooftop pool had a bad smell, and more concerning, I had money go missing from my room. It wasn’t a large amount, but it’s unsettling to lose trust in your accommodation.
Gym facilities: The fitness center was in poor shape — the treadmill didn’t work, equipment was torn, paper cups were left around, and overall it looked neglected.
Value for money: Treatments like massages were overpriced. I paid less than half the cost just a couple of streets away for both a massage and Turkish bath, compared to what the hotel charges for just a massage.
