The only downside during my stay was that the room had an unpleasant smell. I stayed in Room 415, and although I tried running hot water in both the sink and the shower, the odor did not go away.
I hope the management can address this issue, as it would greatly improve the overall experience and help maintain the hotel’s good reputation.
Environment: The environment was very mediocre, definitely not up to 5-star standards. It's comparable to a budget hotel in China. The water temperature from the faucet was unstable and it leaked. I have no idea how it got a 5-star rating.
Seriously, avoid this place!!
