Clogged sink, bad smell, dirty carpet in the room, terrible bathroom. It's a joke.
The service on the other hand was cheerfull and kind. Food wasn't that bad. But for longer stay it's monotonous. One day there was a mold on the cheese during breakfast. I called for service and told a girl that issue. She was only smiling. She could understand nothing in English. Service not speaking English in 5 stars hotel is another joke.
Hotel isn't at center but the neighborhood is very crowded. And dirty, and there's no plants at all, only concrete. But as Ive seen Stambul is generally like that. Not pleasing to the eye.
