My stay at **ibis Styles Istanbul Merter** was excellent. The hotel has a modern, welcoming atmosphere and is very well maintained. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, ensuring a great night’s rest.

The location is convenient, with good access to public transportation and nearby services. Without a doubt, a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, good service, and excellent value for money in Istanbul. Highly recommended!

wanted to mention that i had to checkout 2 days before the actual checkout date but the hotel did not accept the refund for 1 day. i was ready to pay 1 night extra but they charge 2 nights which i felt was unfair as i stayed for 10 days.

We booked a room for our guests. They were very pleased. The hotel is new, clean, and the service is impeccable. I'd like to thank all the staff, especially the Russian-speaking receptionist, Sheida, for her friendliness and responsiveness. I'll recommend it to everyone I know.

A nice hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Special thanks to Sakine for her help! Delicious breakfast, spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Conveniently located for those interested in bulk shopping. There's a T1 tram stop nearby, which takes you to the city center.

In what standards this hotel has 5 stars? This is a big misunderstanding. I would barely give it 3 stars. I've been to many 3 stars hotels in my country that were better than this.
Clogged sink, bad smell, dirty carpet in the room, terrible bathroom. It's a joke.
The service on the other hand was cheerfull and kind. Food wasn't that bad. But for longer stay it's monotonous. One day there was a mold on the cheese during breakfast. I called for service and told a girl that issue. She was only smiling. She could understand nothing in English. Service not speaking English in 5 stars hotel is another joke.
Hotel isn't at center but the neighborhood is very crowded. And dirty, and there's no plants at all, only concrete. But as Ive seen Stambul is generally like that. Not pleasing to the eye.
