I reported these issues and was promised a room change, but despite no one ever took action. This lack of response and accountability was extremely frustrating.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the view, which was genuinely nice. Unfortunately, that alone does not make up for the poor maintenance and service. I expected much better standards and responsiveness from a hotel like Novotel.
