Our week-long stay was perfect. Mr. Ahmet and his team played a huge part in this.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt right at home. For the first two days, we stayed in a very pleasant room with a sea view, and afterwards, thanks to Mr. Ahmet's kindness, we spent time in a room with a fireplace. The beds were very comfortable.
The fact that all the promised comfort and service were more than met, especially outside of the season, is very important in showing the sensitivity of the establishment.
The location is also very good, especially the lack of parking problems, being away from the noise, the view, and being within walking distance of the center are important advantages of the place.
We wholeheartedly recommend it. We will come again if we have the chance.

I booked a room online, but only stayed for one day. For longer, I would definitely have looked for another hotel. The rooms were neglected, and the cleaning was done haphazardly. The room we booked as a sea view only had a small, narrow view of the sea, not a proper view at all. I opened the mini-fridge hoping to find water, but there was expired and moldy cheese and drinks inside. It was a truly terrible accommodation experience. (They might have neglected maintenance because it was the end of the season, that could be their defense, but if you're offering this kind of service at these prices, you need to put in a little more effort.)

First of all, Ms. Ecem was very attentive, and the breakfasts were delicious. Many thanks to Ms. Şafak for her wonderful cooking! :) We arrived well before check-in time on the first day and they offered us breakfast, thank you very much. Aside from that, the room was smaller than we expected, and there was no balcony, but we didn't mind as we only used it for sleeping. Also, the hotel is closer to the beach than the center, but the center is a 10-15 minute walk away. Thanks to the warmth and attentiveness of the hotel owner and staff, we felt very comfortable. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We stayed in a red family room with 3 adults and 1 child. Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied with our room and our overall hotel experience. We chose the hotel based on its rating and reviews, but the room and service we received for the price we paid were a complete disappointment. The only positive thing was the breakfast.

Details for those considering staying here:
1. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very poor. The wall on the room side of the bathroom was peeling and green from dampness. There was a constant foul odor coming from the drain. The bathroom was tiny, with no space to move around in the toilet area. The shower head and taps were covered in limescale, and the corners of the shower were moldy. The sliding door of the shower cabin was broken, so water leaked out while showering.
2. Communication and hospitality were nonexistent. We did not see the friendly faces mentioned in the reviews. The fact that the hotel owner sat down next to us without even saying hello when we checked out was disappointing. We left the key with the lady in the kitchen and checked out ourselves.
3. Breakfast was above average. The omelet was prepared exactly as we wanted, we were satisfied with that aspect.
4. Our room did not have a balcony. Since there was nowhere to hang our wet clothes, we had to use the chairs in the garden.

From the moment we checked into the hotel, I felt a true family warmth. They took meticulous care of us in every aspect. My baby and I were very comfortable, especially having breakfast in the garden, which was very enjoyable... Ceyda Hanım and Ecem Hanım, who offered us coffee with a smile at every opportunity, and Şafak Hanım, who prepared our lovely breakfasts in the mornings, thank you very much.
The rooms are clean, the hotel is very clean, the garden is very pleasant... Thank you for everything. See you again soon 🩷

We received a courteous, respectful and friendly service from the pre-interviews on the phone before the holiday to the last moment of the holiday. Selda lady and cafeteria staff, who showed up all over the hotel, were very polite. Breakfast was varied and satisfying. It was also plentiful. It was a good idea to serve them to the table as opposed to the buffet style.

The hotel was new, clean and comfortable. It also has a beautiful architecture. Rooms, beds, bathroom and toilet were clean. Room design was useful. There may be a shortage of sunbeds as customers are taken from outside to the beach. The sea in front of the hotel is slightly mossy, but the left side is completely sandy. If you get bored at the beach, you can take a nap in the cool air on the swings under the bougainvillea and fig trees and taste the wonderful taste of figs.

Good hotel by the water. Comfy rooms staff is pretty nice. You can have your own beach to yourself most of the time. The sea is usually clean but sometimes it gets murky when the wind is blowing. But this expected. Proximity to a Windsurf school makes it even more appealing.
