I arrived at this hotel around 8 PM on Friday, November 21st, only to find it completely shut down with not a single person in sight. Local shop owners told me the hotel had closed for the season. Even after reaching out to Agoda for assistance, I received absolutely no help. As a result, I was forced to spend the night in my car in an unfamiliar place.
What is even more outrageous is that despite the hotel being closed and me being unable to check in, Agoda refused to take any responsibility—claiming they could not issue a refund simply because the hotel did not ‘verify’ my stay. This is utterly unacceptable and extremely irresponsible.
To avoid experiencing this kind of injustice and distress, I strongly urge you to seriously reconsider using

We stayed at Seranay boutique hotel for our Cunda Motorsiklet trip. It's within walking distance of Motofest... Central location... Cleanliness is superb... Breakfast was varied and delicious, definitely recommended....

A hotel in the heart of Cunda. The location is very easy to access.

The rooms and the hotel are very clean; everywhere smells wonderfully of surface cleaner and fresh air.

The breakfast was classic and delicious.

The owner, Ms. Dilek, is very sweet, helpful, and friendly. The other staff are the same. We are leaving the hotel very satisfied. If we ever come back to Cunda, this is our address.

At the very center of Cunda fantastic place and very welcoming owners Rooms with an old church or sea wiev. Take a yacht tour to the close islands. Take the boat to Ayvalık city center . Do not forget to walk in the old city streets within the old stone houses

We were looking for a central boutique hotel in terms of location. We came across it and I'm glad we came :)) our room, linen, towels were clean, breakfast was delicious, we 3 girlfriends left satisfied. Nuray lady was very friendly and we did not have any problems with the staff. If you are reading our message, Ms. Nuray, we will come and drink our coffee again next year, but this time we will not pay ☺️☺️
