I chose to stay here because it is an elite hotel belonging to Ortunç hotels. Unfortunately, due to the rude attitude of the receptionist Beyza, this is a hotel that I will not choose again and will not recommend. On the 2nd day, when I mentioned that the room was not cleaned, a receptionist came to the room with sheets in her hand and said, "If you are very uncomfortable, change them yourself." I was subjected to their rude behavior many times throughout my stay. I asked for cleaning while I was at breakfast. For this job, which was done at the same time before, that day, Ms. Beyza said that I could wait until 12 o'clock, the check-out time, and get cleaning after the rooms were cleaned. I go down to the lobby and ask something, he doesn't even look at the guest. When I ask why he behaves like this, I get the following sentence: "Madam, frankly, I didn't want to talk to you." Not to mention Ms. Beyza's eye rolls. Following this behavior, I had a meeting with Mr. Aslan, the front office manager. As the manager, he spoke to me very kindly and tried to compensate me for these inappropriate actions of the employee. I think she also had a meeting with her employee, but nothing changed in Beyza's behavior. On the contrary, he became even ruder. He was someone who greeted his guests who came to the lobby by saying "yes?" without saying hello or asking "how can I help you?" While I wanted to go on holiday and relax, I was given the exact opposite accommodation experience. I am truly sorry that I was subjected to this behavior. The other receptionists, Mr. Güngör and Mr. Mert, are very good at their job and respectful, we were very pleased with them. The restaurant team is again very good. The breakfasts were very clean, attentive and delicious. Although it is generally a good service and attitude, the bad apple in the basket harms the whole basket. If the hotel management takes this comment into consideration, they will notice the behavior of Ms. Beyza to her guests, how she greets and sends them off, and how friendly she is, and will watch them on camera.

Hotel location is central but on the main road entering Cunda, there is a lot of noise from the road. There was no balcony in the room, it was difficult to dry the wets, a family room for 3 people, but there was no place to sit except the bed. Cleanliness and service were very good, but we smelled a sewage smell throughout Cunda, which could be the general problem of the island, so there was an odor coming from the bathroom. Parking is next to the hotel, which was convenient and we didn't pay. It is possible to enter the beach of Ortunç hotel, but although it is the same business, there is a fee of 550₺ per person, and this is the only entrance. The breakfast was fine, but the tea failed, as maglum is very important to us, it is only put in a thermos, it is not possible to adjust the brew, and I think tap water is used.
