The view was very beautiful from our room. The room was specious enough we were 2 adults and 2 kids. They provide us extra baby beds which was very nice of them. The hotel is beach front 3 mins walk to beach they have their own beach area with free beach seats. Free parking very convenient. Overall was better then expected. There were few minor issues. Room cleaning services was a little late even we asked to clean but they did it in the end. AC didn't work for a few hours then started working again. I recommend this hotel.

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel in my life. I have never seen a hotel with such a foul food smell. The person who greeted us at the door, Kaan, is probably blond. Other than that, how can a place with such a beautiful sea be run so poorly? The rooms are beyond filthy. The toilets are never clean, unfortunately, I went on vacation and had the toilet cleaned. The rooms are carpeted, the carpets smell of dust, it's awful. The towels are filthy, now yellow. The sink has never seen any cleaning products. During dinner, the corridors and the entire hotel are filled with an overwhelming fishy smell. We had trouble during dinner on the beach because the reception didn't give us our wristbands. It was as if we were sneaking out and eating. The food is a disgrace. Eat a salad and leave.

The hotel is more than worth the money. The staff is wonderful. This is my fourth visit, and I leave happy every time. This year, I'd especially like to mention Mr. Murat. He's a very friendly and cheerful person who makes you feel right at home. I was very happy to meet him.

The hotel restaurant definitely doesn't cater to celiacs, even if it claims to. The necessary sensitivity isn't shown. The diet of celiacs is vital, so I advise you not to risk it. You're planning on going half-board, but don't miss the 10 TL ayran (a type of ayran) at dinner. You can charge for alcoholic drinks, but charging for non-alcoholic drinks is unusual. Breakfast ends at 10:00, and the potted tea is covered at 9:58 to prevent anyone from buying it. It's like a military system. Furthermore, there's no tea or cake for 5 hours. The hotel isn't worth the money. The maximum daily expense per person (ayran, tea, cake) is 100 TL, but even that has been cut. The hotel, especially the reception, is inexperienced, and there's no one to listen to customers' complaints and take the necessary action. They're just dismissed by saying "write a review on Google," which seems to imply that you can come or go.

My 3-day stay experience in July 2024; 1) I think the hotel is abusing the rating system. Statistically, there's a distribution of either 5 or 1 star, which is outside the normal distribution. This is not in line with the normal flow of life. Profiles of people who give 5 stars generally consist of 1 or 2 reviews. Profiles of people who give 1 star are more reliable. However, it's up to you, the readers, to judge. 2) There's a terrible vinegar smell in the hotel. When I first arrived, I thought it was garbage. I rode the hot elevator holding my breath for 3 days. It's been more than 100 years since detergent was invented. 3) The air conditioning is very bad. Its power drops during the day and is therefore insufficient. At night, it overcools. I think because it overcools, the cooling power of the rooms that are turned off flows into the rooms that are not. I set it from 18 degrees to 25 degrees, but it didn't even care; it just keeps blowing the same amount. It's sweltering until 22:00 in the evening. It's good between 22:00 and 03:00, but you freeze between 03:00 and 06:00. It's also extremely noisy. 4) The door lock doesn't work, and it can't be closed without forcing it because it slides off its axis. 5) They don't give a second card; the number of cards is too few :) 6) They don't provide beach towels, they wear out when washed (the statement is exactly that). 7) There's no rope needed to dry swimsuits on the balcony. 8) There are no mosquito nets on the window. 9) The window frames don't close properly, blowing in windy weather. 10) The food is good, high-quality home-cooked meals, but there are also German-style meat-based items. The salad section could be improved. There's no parsley and mint in the evening. 11) Drinks are charged at the hotel. OK, we saw this and accepted it and made a reservation, but we learned at the hotel that Coca-Cola, which costs 25 lira per liter, is being sold for 320 lira per liter. So, at an open buffet, let the customer fill up on Coke, but I personally indulged in the meat instead of Coke, which I can't drink. Now that I think about it, the Coke company is losing money, the hotel is losing money, and I am losing money (because I can't enjoy it). It's illogical; everyone loses money; there must be a drink with the meal. 12) The sea is sandy, shallow and clean, but I have swam in many places from Hatay to Igneada and I have never seen it this cold, maybe it can compete with Assos.

very bad experience. i will never ever come again this hotel. breakfast is very poor and no taste. we couldnt find any good average meal either breakfest or dinner. rooms are large enough. but cleanliness is bad. If you don't want to stay hungry, consider better options.

After a long drive with most hotels closed in this area, we decided we would check this hotel out and spend a few nights here. The receptionist chopped and changed pricing every time we went to the counter yet we were concise about what we wanted. Extremely under trained no mannerism rude and arrogant we were told if we didn’t want to stay we can leave evidently they don’t need the business do not recommend this place at all!!
