Breakfast could be improved further in term of variety & refill speed.

It is close to metro and 15min walk to seaside and restaurants. Clean and tidy.

Our room was beautifully spacious and comfortably furnished. The service staff were attentive and readily available, though communicating in English was occasionally difficult. We would have liked more lighting in the rooms. Occasionally, there was a smell of sewage in the corridors. Breakfast wasn't bad, but it didn't taste very fresh. The location was good, not too far from the main attractions. The pool was 1.45m deep and not particularly large; it was only suitable for a quick dip. As per hotel policy, guests are required to purchase a swimming cap for 150 TL. In my opinion, it's not recommendable if swimming is a priority for you. The hotel gym was equally small. I would only consider rebooking for a short stay.

The breakfast was great, and the location was very convenient.

Really great location and very big clean rooms however from 6 am cleaners were making noise on Saturday morning I wanted to rest but noise woke me up last thing I want on holiday to wake up at 6 am on Saturday.

Great & central stay in Izmir. We stayed there for 5 nights and we throughly enjoyed our stay at Izmir Ontur Hotel.
Breakfast variety was good and of good quality. Cleanliness is very good. The location is very central and only a short walk to all transport options.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any complaints during our stay. Highly recommend Izmir Ontur Hotel.
