It’s been over one year and I never received my money back for the security deposit hold! They kept saying allow a few business days but I never got it back and there’s no explanation why. We kept the room clean and didn’t damage anything.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, I forgot my shopping bag in the room. I contacted the hotel immediately after I left, but they claimed they didn’t find anything. I’m very disappointed, as I am sure I left it in the room. I expected more responsibility and transparency from hotel staff.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. Everyone is polite a s helpful , especially in reception Sinem always helpful and kind. The spa is also amazing. The front desk girl very helpful as well as the girls for the massage have really good hand.

Great 5 star hotel with spacious rooms. Spa service used by my spouse was excellent. The breakfast buffet was pretty impressive. A bit further from the Town but the area itself can get lively at night. I did not care about the distance from Izmir town center, because a cab can fix that issue. You cannot substitute the quality of the experience!

I recently stayed at your hotel to celebrate a very special moment—my proposal day with my partner. I made sure to inform the hotel twice in advance that we were celebrating this occasion, hoping for a warm touch or even a small gesture from the hotel staff.
Unfortunately, nothing was arranged or acknowledged. We were placed in a standard business-class room that lacked any celebratory atmosphere, and the sofa in the room was noticeably old and worn out, which affected the overall comfort of our stay.

Enjoyed the stay even more, than expected. Great service, staff is very welcoming and ready to help. Non-smoking sea view room on the 8th floor had gorgeous views and was neat,
clean and very comfortable.
Spa and fitness center are top. Fitness is very well equipped and mordern.
Area is nice and recreational, though not central, with a lot of restaurants around.

All staff provide excellent professional service with smiling faces. Everywhere is ***et clean and tidy. Breakfast is extraordinarily nice, with plenty of variety. RESTAURANT location, staff service and menu are very successful. SPA section is also ***et nice. In short, it was a nice holiday where we had a good time. Thank you.
