Uzunhan Hotel in Ayvalik

Not pleasant!
To start with the room was not what we booked, we booked a sea view room and ended up with a street view room!
The electricity key was broken, it was a challenge to put the key in to have the electricity to work.
Was quite noisy as well.
The smell from the toilet was disgusting, we told the receptionist but as they didn't speak English, they didn't do anything about it!
The hotel is really old and can benefit from some modernisation and maintenance.
To be honest the property is not worth the price we paid, I would not book it again and advise against it.

Avoid at all costs!
Absolute rubbish hotel. Everything falling apart.
Reported shower door completely fallen apart and no water pressure and no hot water. Nothing done. No one interested.

The hotel is disorganized and messy. Bed sheets were dirty. The toilet seat in the room was broken and couldn’t be fixed. The contact persons had difficulty in producing solutions. The breakfast table was dirty but breakfast was good. We’ll not choose this hotel again.

Hygiene was in a very bad state. There is no such thing as a hotel business anyway. There are two children at the reception. One person is also cleaning. That one person also prepares breakfast. I woke up early in the morning to the sound of the vacuum cleaner. Even though I said the shower drain was broken, it was not fixed. I changed the pillows because the sheets smelled, but the result is the same.

15 Haziran'a girdiğimiz otelden 17 Haziran'a çıkmış bulunuyoruz. Otelin konumu plaja yürüme mesafesinde gerçekten yakın ve havuzu var diye tercih etmiştik. Denize yürüyerek gidip gelmek çok keyifli çok kolay oluyor. Aşırı yoğun bir plaj değil çok büyük de değil denizi çok güzel plan kum plaj. Bir de ufak beach var ama çok beklentinizi yüksek tutmayın sadece şezlong şemsiye ve içecek satan bir yer duş vs görmedim. Odayı tutmadan önce girip şöyle bir baktık ama incelemek gerekiyormuş. Havuzun olduğu kısım çok güzel görünüyor fakat pis bir koku var otelin yarısı dolu dediler fakat havuza giren bir kişi bile görmedim bakınca pek temiz görünmüyordu çünkü. Odaya yerleştiğimizde sifonun bozuk olduğunu farkettim yapamadılar başka oda söylediler yataklar ayrıydı istemedik başka oda gösterdiler orada da duşta su akmıyordu sonra bize dışarıdan bir tuvaletin anahtarını verdiler odamızın yanındaydı o şekilde kaldık beyefendi bize 3 oda gösterdiğini söylüyor birde sanki 3 odayı toplasak bir oda edecekmiş gibi. Duşa kabin zor hareket ediyor her an elimizde kalacak gibi. Yastıklar delinmiş üzerinde yüz olmasına rağmen habire içinden silikonlar çıkıyor. Perdeler camı tam Kapatmıyor. Yatak iki tekinin birleşiminden oluşmuş sürekli kayıp duruyor çok rahatsız ediciydi. Kahvaltı tam bir fiyasko sadece peynirler güzeldi evet çok çeşit varmış gibi görünüyor fakat hiçbir lezzet yok. Bardaklar lekeli çay kaçak çay. Otelde gece gündüz açık herhangi bir Cafe oturma alanı oda servisi vs yok. Ama dışarıdan da bir şey getirmek yasak. Anca gece 22.30a kadar falan çay kahve kola fanta su falan söyleyebilirmişiz. Odada ilk girişte su vs konmamış. 2 kişi kalıyoruz bir adet şampuan var. Onlar kullanılmıyor zaten ama eksik mi eksik. Balkonu çok güzeldi hem odanın içinde hem balkonda masa sandalyesi vardı balkonda oturmak çok keyifli gerçekten hatta çamaşır ipi bile düşünülmüş. Çarşafla ve havlular temizdi. Ama çarşaf çok kaydığı için düzeltelim dedik kaldırınca altından yatağın pisliği çıktı. Kısacası gitmeyin. Gidecekseniz de bunları göze alın.

Awful experience with this bad oder hotel! The staff were rude and the water supplies were cut on the morning!!!! The toilets were the same as the ones in the public. Very bad the owners must reconsider selling it to someone who cares
