Firstly, they were non responsive on WhatsApp, despite being online.

Secondly, we had to pay cash, otherwise it was 500 Lyra more.

Thirdly, the stairs and pool area are filthy dirty and untidy, we had to duck through dead palm leaves to get to our lawn chair by the pool.

The kitchen door was left open 24/7 which was also filthy dirty and a terrible smell coming from somewhere.

Lastly, there were constant slamming of doors and noise until after midnight.

Our worst stay in Turkey so far.

Not pleasant!
To start with the room was not what we booked, we booked a sea view room and ended up with a street view room!
The electricity key was broken, it was a challenge to put the key in to have the electricity to work.
Was quite noisy as well.
The smell from the toilet was disgusting, we told the receptionist but as they didn't speak English, they didn't do anything about it!
The hotel is really old and can benefit from some modernisation and maintenance.
To be honest the property is not worth the price we paid, I would not book it again and advise against it.

Avoid at all costs!
Absolute rubbish hotel. Everything falling apart.
Reported shower door completely fallen apart and no water pressure and no hot water. Nothing done. No one interested.

The hotel is disorganized and messy. Bed sheets were dirty. The toilet seat in the room was broken and couldn’t be fixed. The contact persons had difficulty in producing solutions. The breakfast table was dirty but breakfast was good. We’ll not choose this hotel again.

Hygiene was in a very bad state. There is no such thing as a hotel business anyway. There are two children at the reception. One person is also cleaning. That one person also prepares breakfast. I woke up early in the morning to the sound of the vacuum cleaner. Even though I said the shower drain was broken, it was not fixed. I changed the pillows because the sheets smelled, but the result is the same.

It is one of the best hotels in Ayvalık in terms of location and price. Its staff and owner are very attentive and friendly. It is very close to Ayvalık center and Cunda Island. Also, its rooms are very clean. It had a beautiful sea right across it that you can swim in. I recommend it to those who will come to Ayvalık.

It is in a very good location. It is very easy to reach Cunda and Ayvalık. It's about the stolen items and the owner. They do their best to help. Also, the price is very affordable at this time. I advise.

Good clean pool. Spacious room
Not the cleanest
Plug socket and wires hanging out the ill placed sockets. Fridge did not work. Air con noisy. Staff were very rude from Check in onwards. 24Reception could not have been more incaring for another human let alone a guest that took ill during the night.
So disappointed as it is the only bad experience in Turkey in 5 months.
