The staff was wonderful. They were helpful. Breakfast was so good. Location of the hotel was just great. There was only one thing to complain about: bed. It was not comfortable at all. It has to be replaced with a new one.

Bathrooms were not very clean, but the sheets etc. were. Location good, many amenities (restaurants, cafes and supermarkets) nearby.

We go regularly every year around this time. Last year we stayed a little longer to use the pool. The staff is extremely attentive, clean, quiet and has an excellent open buffet breakfast.

Very disappointing. There were ants in the washroom, the bathroom had mold on the shower. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. No view as initially booked.
The staff not at all helpful, just watching their phones. The breakfast was limited.
I cancelled my second night stay and booked a different better hotel for less price.
Not recommended specially for families.

There were three of us, we got excellent single rooms! Friendly staff, clean hotel, small but good pool, excellent sauna and hammam, good breakfast and dinner! All in all, excellent value for money.
