The rooms are good, the only huge minus is the walls through which you can hear everything. There are no balconies, the air conditioner barely turns on and off. The staff confused my towel with theirs and stole it from me.

The hotel provided us with a very comfortable stopover as we were travelling from Istanbul to Ayvalik. Huge choice of food for breakfast and the hotel was brilliantly located close to restaurants and the famous horse from the film Troy.

The rooms are small and cramped. The staff is relatively helpful. Cleanliness is about 8 out of 10 – there’s room for improvement. There's a bar/club in the backyard that gets very noisy until late at night. The rooms have no sound insulation, so you can hear everything. The only good thing was the location – within walking distance to everything. Breakfast is available, but nothing special.

Stayed for the second time; it’s been renovated since the first time, the service is great, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

This hotel has an ideal location, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area and accessing nearby attractions. However, despite the prime location, our experience was let down by the condition of the building we stayed in. The furniture was very old and not well-maintained, and there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms.
The hotel and elevator are in serious need of renovation to meet modern standards. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. If the hotel were to invest in updating its facilities, it could easily become a top choice due to its fantastic location and attentive staff.

The location is great. You can walk to the beach.
The same goes for the ferry. Since it's on the street, some noise might bother you at night.
The room cleaning could be better. However, it's adequate.
I liked the breakfast and its variety. You'll be satisfied.

Very friendly staff, good food, big rooms where you can actually smoke 🚬 10/10 would come again. Love from Romania 🇷🇴❤️

Nice family place, very cozy and homey and next to a lot of places to walk. They were very attentive and friendly. Their breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here 3 nights. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delightful. The room was nice once the AC cooled it to my preference. The only drawback is if you are not a night owl, you can hear the music from the pubs until midnight or so. This could be positive or negative, depending on your preference. :-). Great location and fun/interesting decor.

The attention and care at this hotel were extremely poor. The owner, an elderly man, was rude and used profanity. The manager, a woman, seemed attentive but lacked courtesy. Our arrival at the hotel was a disaster. It took us half an hour to traverse the 500-meter road, and despite calling ahead, they didn't warn us about it. If they can't manage this, how can they talk about hospitality? The first disaster upon entering the hotel was finding two single beds instead of a double bed. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working, but the hotel management seemed unconcerned. This kind of accommodation was dismal considering the price paid. Additionally, there was virtually no sound insulation; all the noise from the evening echoed inside the room. The bed sheets were torn and the floors were dirty. I have no criticism that they could refute. Don't make the mistake of trying this place out.

Lovely boutique hotel, run by a very friendly and welcoming host, who spoke good English. Old stylish boutique decor.
Central location with easy access to everything. V close to ferry if you come across from Galipoli side.
Car park opposite for a small fee.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of Cay (tea). Would def go there again if in Canakkale.
Noisy student bars close by, which actually did NOT stop us sleeping, and t hey must ha e stopped at midnight anyway.

This is a very cute, small hotel in the heart of bustling Çanakkale. Rooms were small, but I guess you should not expect more if you want to be in a historic building in the center of a small busy town. There is a great bar right under the hotel, which had a rock music night, and I would have happily joined if I were not exhausted from 8 hours of driving. It was my fault that I picked a downtown hotel instead of the remote quiet one, which would let me sleep after a long trip. 🙂 But don't get me wrong, I would love to go back and spend more time when I'm not as exhausted.
I am grateful at the young man at the reception, who made a booking for us when I called last minute from the road.
I also loved breakfast - a traditional Turkish breakfast, and even though it did not have many options, everything was homemade, and tasted like from your mom's kitchen. You could tell it was made with love.
