I would give it a 4 just because the rooms were very small. Other than that, everything was good, and the location is perfect since it is near the Yenikapı Metro Station. The service and reception were excellent

Nice hotel and sustainable! Only noise from street some time so you need ear plugs and be prepared for unstable internet connection.

The cleanliness was not up to standart, the wifi did not work in the room. The breakfast was ok.

A stay to avoid I spent a few nights in this 3-star hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was a very unpleasant one, from all points of view. Noise: The hotel is extremely noisy. The walls are so thin that you have the impression that you are on the street. It doesn't let you rest, regardless of the time. Food: The menu is of poor quality and extremely repetitive. Breakfast consists of a few processed, tasteless products, and the main dishes seem to be made in a hurry and without care for the customer. Even the coffee was not good. Comfort: The rooms are cramped, poorly maintained and with outdated amenities. The bed is uncomfortable, the linen is stained, and the bathroom does not inspire cleanliness or hygiene at all. The air in the room was stuffy, and the unpleasant smell persisted. Staff: Probably the most disturbing aspect. The reception staff were rude, cold and completely lacking in empathy. Any question or request was met with indifference or even irritation. Their attitude added an extra layer of discomfort to an already disappointing stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a place where, unfortunately, the lack of respect for the customer is felt in every detail.’’

Terrible Service and Lack of Accessibility
I had a confirmed reservation at Fuar Hotel and even called ahead when I arrived in Istanbul to confirm that there would be a room available for me and my mother, who uses a wheelchair. Despite this, when we arrived, they had no accessible rooms available and were unable or unwilling to accommodate us. This is completely unacceptable, especially when I took the extra step of calling ahead. The hotel’s lack of professionalism and concern for guests with specific needs caused significant distress. I would strongly advise against staying here if you require accessible accommodations.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fuar Hotel in Istanbul Aksaray area, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations!
Firstly, the location couldn't be more convenient. Close to various shopping spots and the Metro station, exploring the city was a breeze.
But what truly sets Fuar Hotel apart is its outstanding customer service. From the attentive bellman to the ever-helpful hotel manager, Mr. Ferhat SÖYLEMEZ. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. It was especially impressive to see the front desk staff available 24 hours a day, accommodating our late-night check-in without any fuss. We are thankful for that.
Mr. Ferhat SÖYLEMEZ's fluency in English made communication effortless, and his friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request truly made our stay memorable.
Now, let's talk about the Turkish breakfast buffet. Not only was it delicious, but it also provided a wonderful introduction to the local cuisine.

The location is good. I stayed at Fuar for 7 days . Everything was good in the room except the bathroom sink was flowing sometimes but everything is good overall. The manager is very kind
