I traveled with my group of friends — there were 8 of us — excited to enjoy Istanbul, but from the moment we stepped into this hotel, it was disappointment after disappointment. Our reservation clearly stated 4 rooms (2 people per room), but when we arrived, they only wanted to give us 3 rooms. They said the fourth one “wasn’t ready,” that they were “cleaning it.” After waiting quite a while, we finally got it. The rooms were dirty, smelled horrible, had cockroaches, stained sheets, rusty bathrooms, leaking sinks, and awful blankets. A COMPLETE DISASTER. Nothing, absolutely nothing, looks like the photos they show on Booking, TripAdvisor, or Google. It’s false advertising. The cleaning service is nonexistent. We had to complain over and over again to get the rooms cleaned — and even then, they didn’t do it. They didn’t replace toilet paper, never gave us clean towels, and every single day we had to go to the front desk to argue just to get the basics. The staff doesn’t speak English, which makes communication almost impossible, and the worst part is they show no interest in helping. It doesn’t matter if you complain once or ten times — they simply don’t care. This place doesn’t deserve even one star. If you’re planning to stay here, do yourself a favor: find another hotel. Don’t ruin your trip.

Was a bit worried when I read all the reviews for this hotel but it wasn’t nearly as bad as people had said. The rooms need updating but the air con worked fine, room was cleaned everyday and the breakfast was nice. If you’re on a budget and not too fussy it’s worth a try. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them and it’s not too far from the main attractions. Would stay here again if we visit Istanbul 😁

The hotel is at walk distance from Tramway, Metro, & the bus, which is very convinient to get by. Grand bazaar is accessible by walk, many restaurants and grocery shops too. The BEST points are : The Amazing sea view from ghe breakfast roof, which gives you motivation to wake up every morning. And that same sea Marmara you can go to by walk. Which I highly recommend. So calm, beautiful and worth visiting. The very friendly Staff was a bonus! Everyone was so helpful and lovely. They make amazing Tea. ♥️ And they help you with whatever you want. And they are funny too♥️ Big thanks to : Halim, Hassan, Çetti, Asat and the helpful bell boys! The rooms need a lot of improvement. But hey, it's not a 4/5 star hotel! And Istanbul is too amazing for you to spend your day at the hotel. I recommend.

Old, dirty, has a pest problem, pictures of the hotel must be when they opened as it does not look like this at all. Staff has no interest in helping you with a problem, english is not spoken and the short man at reception has a f...... you attitue. In general any issues is yours nothing to do with them.

The worst ever hotel I have been.... Dirty rooms, linen and towels with yellow stains. Mold everywhere, on ceilings, on walls and even on the beds. Can you imagine the condition of the bathroom? Cockroaches too.... Yeahhhh They speak no English too. Room with a view? That's what they sell.. the reality is different. I asked them to change room. Guess what: even worst. Someone had slept the night before. They had not changed the linen.... hahhhhaaaa We left immediately of course. I was with my son (15years old). I could not risk his life. I asked them for a refund, as we did not stay more than an hour (we have booked for a 4 night staying) and they were kind of laughing behind the desk. They said that the agency is responsible for a refund. Guys..... just do not go there. Respect your lives

If I could, I would give the hotel a -10! We got a room but had to be changed because the room was full of cockroaches!!! no matter if on the walls or in the bathroom! The cleanliness was 0! very very very dirty! It also said that you get city view. Complete nonsense, you couldn't see anything except moldy things! The beds were partly with yellow stains and most of the lights did not turn on at all! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
