Was oke for the price not great but not poorly wouldn’t go there again. Btw I had to wait 30 min for the receptionist to finish his meal before I could check in.

These guys went above and beyond to accommodate us. We arrived before check in time, they offered us to offload our luggage and come back when check is due. They called and offered us an early check in without early check in fee. Which is a rare event to come across.
Secondly they’re well aware of the area and helped us navigate through the street.
Can’t praise them enough.

The hotel is average; not 4 stars as claimed. Breakfast is worse, and the attitude of kitchen staff was obnoxious and irritating. Reception staff was OK.

Came for a conference that was held nearby at ICC Istanbul. Close enough for this location, but had to walk a very steep climb every day. This hotel can be considered only if you need a place to spend the night. There are enough grocery stores nearby. Very low quality of service, but what do you want for this money. Cleaning every day, cleaned well enough. Friendly staff at the reception. The worst breakfast in history, it simply doesn't exist, and what there is you won't want to eat.

The overall experience was great. The room was super clean with amenities needed for the stay. The staff was amazing and helpful at all times, they were always smiling and made us feel welcomed. We had a very smooth check-in. The breakfast was very rich and also very nice, there were variety of delicious food. They also have a cafe at the ground floor that is amazing for resting or working, we were enjoying the Turkish tea and Turkish coffee they served there. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it’s easy to get a taxi, and it’s also located not far from the train station and the bus station. Me and my fiancée enjoyed our stay there and we absolutely recommend.
