Sarnic Meyhane has a wonderful atmosphere. Make a reservation. Also ask for a garden table as there is more happening out there. I had an inside table which was ok but you can't see performers or waiters when you need them. The hotel is an old ottoman building and the room was very spacious. I had a balcony which was lovely and hot during the day. The stairs are a little scary but take your time. Coming down with luggage is hard but doable. Unfortunately there was no hot water for the shower.

The hotel is cute and in a good area in the middle of the walking zone but its a very busy area if you need a quiet night it may not be your first choice, breakfast was good.

The staff was nice. The hotel is an historical Bulding, its nice but there is no elevator, which makes it a bit problematic. The stairs are very beautiful but they are very old, so it makes it hard to go to the second and third floor. Our room was big, but honestly the details in the hotel are not really well done (walls, bathroom). If you want to have breakfast you have to go out of the hotel and go next door so make sure to have a jacket… and the breakfast is ok, we stayed 2 nights they served the same breakfast egg and cheese with some little dips. To enter the hotel you have to press the interphone and wait for the door to open. In summary, We liked the hotel but with the leg injury of my boyfriend it was a bit tiring so yes it was a special hotel but i dont think we will book again.

I advice this hotel to all who pick Asian side to stay.
The room is quite huge for Istanbul, you will have enough space for you and your belongings.
Furniture and painting is the room are cozy.
Shower is comfortable with good stream and temperature.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
If it is valuable for you hotel is located on a party street, it might be loudly.
Nobody cleans our room for 5 days.

+ The hotel is conveniently located for the Havabus shuttle from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. The hotel is no more than a 10-minute walk from the shuttle's final stop.
- We arrived at night, around 2:00 AM, and upon check-in, we were given keys to a room of a lower class than the one we'd booked (we'd booked standard, but were given economy). We had no energy or desire to go and investigate. The room was on the ground floor, and soundproofing was practically nonexistent. But the biggest problem was the smell of sewage mixed with tobacco smoke wafting from every crevice. In this environment, we couldn't sleep until almost the morning. The breakfast was very modest. My advice: if possible, choose other hotels.

It's noisy (that's just the way it is), especially on weekends. There are bars all around. The breakfast is weak, and the WiFi doesn't work. The manager—who also happens to be the bartender at the meyhane—only speaks Turkish, so keep that in mind.
The room is fantastic, though. It's small, but the ceilings are high, the floors and doors are wooden, and the walls are white—it's a true traditional Turkish room.

We were assigned a room on the first floor right next to the street. Given that there was only one window separating the room from the street, I would advise tourists who plan to stay here to think twice about this. I didn't realize the noise problem would be so severe. The voices of the bar singers and customers outside were extremely loud! It was the most exaggerated experience I've ever had. I rarely use Google reviews, but I can assure you that what I'm saying is true. I'm writing this review at 2 a.m. and we have an early flight tomorrow, but there's no sign of the noise outside abating. The owner might explain that they can't control the external businesses and customers, but what I want to say is that this room is completely unsuitable for use as a guest room！If you stay here, you'll realize that it's impossible to sleep.

I like the location and breakfast is perfect if you want to explore Istanbul. The room is basic and the you need to be able to stand the street noise at night but certainly valuable for money.

A neat (though not exactly boutique in my opinion) hotel in the bustling Kadikoy district. Be prepared for noise until one or two o'clock on weekends.
Hospitable staff, hearty breakfast (even a mountain of fries included), perfect for a stopover.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful, the front desk service is super good, they will give you free coffee and chocolate, and explain the local tourist routes and precautions in detail and patiently. It's an experience beyond expectations

The interior is modern, but service was so- So. Dust everywhere, no towels, all the beds were uncleaned, unless you ask to stay, then the ladie clean only exact bed you choose, people smoking next to Checkinspot, but it was bearable as the doors to emergency entrance was open for fresh air.
Also take room the key with you everywhere as the doors closes you cant get in to the room.
I was lucky and slept in bunk bed on my own, no co-livers in that night.
Also a neverending party noises outside as its busy street. But if youre a party person - would suite good for your needs.
Pretty hard to find entrance, as the street cafes chairs are in front of it.

Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks in every kind of room they have.
Very nice Hostel in middle of Kadiköys Center with a highly recommendable rooftop!
The rooms were really clean and the staff was very nice and courteous!
They also have earplugs for the loud night

Had a great overall experience!
Pro:
- we had a fan although chose a room without ac. This was great, and we didn’t miss the ac (September), although if we opened the window the street was very loud.
- really great location, nice ferry ride to the historical peninsula, easy to reach by public transport
- very good breakfast on the rooftop included in the price
- neighborhood was very nice, active, with many restaurants and shops, very vivid
- all that we needed, at a good price.
However
- the room was really small, only the most necessary equipment and room available. Do not expect a spacious place, but a nice place to stay if you wish for a great price/value deal
Con:
- Do not choose a room without a window (they are tiny, and claustrophobic)

A Cozy hostel with helpful staffs at a good point on Kadikoy, surrounded by lots of bars and Cafe's, close access to Kadikoy market where you can buy fresh groceries and fish.
I stayed at the 6 beds doorman. It was quite a tight room with no AC and furniture.
The bar at the rooftop is an amazing journey.
