Everything was great throughout our stay. The room was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful in every way. The overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again. Highly

There's a smell of smoke in the rooms, no internet, dirt and dust everywhere, the refrigerator is moldy and smells awful. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Great low cost hotel if you find yourself having to spend a night close to the SAW airport… they have a really spacious family size suite. They were also very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport.

I am a travel agent. We booked a hotel for a married couple. We chose the most expensive room, arranged a transfer from the hotel, asked for a luxury class, they assured us that the car would be of the chosen class. In the end, we were met by an ordinary car, taken to the hotel, and then another surprise awaited us, in thirty-degree heat, the air conditioners did not work, they offered to put a fan in the room!!!! Of course, we refused, started looking for another hotel. Tourists from the road, a very long journey, several flights, in the end, they did not want to move into a stuffy room, and the hotel refused to return the money for the service not provided, hotel policy!!! I have been working in the tourism business for 20 years, but this is the first time I have encountered this. The hotel could have warned that the air conditioners were out of order, etc., but they considered it necessary to simply remain silent and not return the money!!!

Very disappointing experience. First of all, the man at reception (an older man with glasses) was extremely unfriendly and tried to give us a completely different room than what we had actually booked — a quadruple room. Only after insisting and checking the room myself did we finally get what we paid for. This is simply unacceptable.

The shower was completely clogged, so you could barely shower for more than a minute without the water flooding the bathroom.

They also advertised a shuttle service to the airport, which was a big reason we booked this hotel — but in reality, there was no shuttle at all. When we asked, they just said they would "call a taxi" for us, which defeats the entire point and feels like a scam.

Overall, it felt like the hotel staff was trying to take advantage of us at every opportunity. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially travelers looking for reliability and honesty near the airport.

The staff was very kind. But the room was a little bit dirty. Especially the bathroom needs to be cleand well.

The room has a living room, which is very large.
The bathroom smells a bit bad.
There is a restaurant downstairs, so it is convenient to eat around.
It is close to the airport and the hotel is close to the highway, so it is quite noisy.
