Staying at Baronessa Apart Hotel was a huge disappointment. The service was completely awful from the start, with little to no care for guests. The air conditioning was practically useless – it’s only in one room, and even the bedroom doesn’t get cooled properly. It seems they either reduced its functionality or installed the smallest unit possible, leaving the living room unbearably hot as well.
The bathroom was far from clean, and the shower was in terrible condition, making it unpleasant to use. Every single door in the apartment – bedroom door, bathroom door, and all others – made loud, creaking noises whenever you tried to open or close them, which was extremely annoying. On top of that, the furniture looked decades old and gave the whole place a neglected feel.
Room service is only offered once a week, which is unacceptable for anyone staying more than a couple of days. And the internet? Awful. Barely usable.
Honestly, there is nothing I could recommend about this hotel. My advice: keep your distance and look for a better place to stay in Alanya.

Very old hotel with old furniture and low level of comfort. Couldn't sleep at all because it was too warm. They have only one AC for the whole apartment.

The place is very well located, close to the beach and the shopping area. As for the facilities, they look a bit old, the bathroom was not very nice and as for the bathroom, the shower was in the same space as the toilet and without a curtain.

pros: close to beach, kind owner
cons: very dirty place and hard to get cleaning tools from them, green walls(because of moisture I guess), very old and broken home goods, very very slow internet, loud because next to busy street

Nice location, very close to the awesome and famous Cleopatra beach. Light and big family rooms.

Yöneticisi ve Sahibi Ahmet bey harika biri, Otel çok güzel, umarım turizm sezonu geliştikçe otelin yüksek potansiyeli daha çok ortaya çıkar. Perfect for family great location. You can walk to many must see places of Alanya. The beach at Damlataş Area is the best one. Their breakfast fast always nice. Local and international guests preferred this hotel. They have a great bar and restaurant that are ready to be open according to the guests' inquiries. I suggest you to spend most of your time and money there. You have the possibility to cook at rooms as well. many supermarket are close.

Baronessa Apart Hotel was complete disappointment. The manager was a very bad and impolite person. He yelled us because we had a problem with the standard room which was totally unacceptable and was very dirty and dark and we complained about room cleaning which was awful He said he will throw us out in the street. We callded to the police and they talked to the manager very angry. the only good point was MR. Karam who was very supportive and helpful. I do not recommend this apart hotel.

Just had another 2 weeks at the Baronessa coming back in April. My room was lovely and clean and all the staff are pleasant and always ready to help. The Baronessa is close to everything you need for your holiday, shops restaraunts bars and one of the lovliest beaches with great view of the castle . The local people are very friendly and i cant wait to go back.
