For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean

The rooms were luxurious and had an amazing bathroom, with a large balcony. The amenities and activities were good. The food was top class and had a lot of variety, from seafood to late night snacks

The hotel is well maintained and looked after. All the staff work hard to please the guests and make their stay a holiday to remember A special thank you to Mr Isik for his kindness and generosity

We spent most of our time at the pool bar and Betul was a fantastic bartender and was great at her job. The lobby bar was also a great spot for spending the evenings with freshly ground coffee

I will agree the walking can take its toll, but there is the yellow bus to help - although we were always going in the other direction! From the bad reviews we saw before coming, it is like chalk and cheese

The lady who does the amazing flatbread was so nice, and looked after us, and showed my partner how they were made from start to finish, and even did her a heart pancake for breakfast on our last day

Such an amazing person! DJ Yusuf is truly one of a kind — hands down the best DJ ever! He kept the energy high with the perfect mix of the latest hits, and even joined us on the dance floor

There was a ‘poo’ incident in one of the pools on one of the days and the staff were quick to act and opened the pool as quickly as they could

Despite the hotel being full, it never felt busy and there were always beds available. Of course there was your morning sunbed wars but you have to expect this wherever you go. We even noticed lots of spaces available

We have just got back from the Royal Garden hotel and I can honestly say my family and I have had the best time

Firstly, the facilities were fantastic! The kids (and adults) loved the slides and were kept amused from dawn until dusk. Pools were warm; well managed and well kept

Staff around the hotel not the friendliest and would stand and chat amongst themselves whilst you waited for a drink. WiFi in the hotel was appalling, max speed of 5mps, and that’s when it actually worked

The hotel needs a bit of touching up in most places, there were cracked tiles all over and areas that needed some tlc. Food was ok, but a lot of it was very bland

The animators didn’t understand that some people didn’t want to participate. The location is good, the food is good – service depends on the day. I recommend it for those with low expectations!

The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is good, close to the center of Alanya, the atmosphere in the hotel is good, the service is nice, there are no language barriers - I had the pleasure of being in a Mexican restaurant, thanks to Yvcel Drhan for being professional and serving delicious dishes, they looked great

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The food selection was incredible – there was a wide variety to choose from, and everything I tried was delicious

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment

The bar staff and waiting on staff were friendly but had to deal with a lot of ride customers - basic manners went a long way and we found them all to be really friendly and helpful

Location iso good, shopping centre is close enough, and so is the beach. Especially Naci, Musa and Erhan from the restaurant were super friendly and helpful every day. Also other personnel were friendly

Stayed 2 weeks in a regular room (not swimming pool view so the cheaper option) and paid less than 900€ for me and my 7 year old daughter

There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room

2nd time here 2nd12th September and it was nearly as good as the first time room was immaculate cleaned every day food was good with a good selection for even the pickiest of eaters even vegetarians big thanks to Ibrahim who constantly checked if we needed anything

It was the last weeks of october 2025 so that also probably explains the lower price, and I booked directly on the hotel's website. Temperatures about 25-26°c and almost only sun

Animations were good also : mini disco for kids at 20:15 and shows at 21:15 : magician, Turkish night, party, live music, Mexican dance, bingo

The minibar was not refilled with water, the room cleaning was not very thorough (even on the day of check-in it felt like the bathroom had not been properly cleaned – the once beautifully shiny shower doors were covered with unknown splashes)

There was also a lack of basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, and there were no bathrobes in the wardrobe. If we had not experienced your hotel in 2024, everything might have seemed acceptable

The hotel location is very good, near to the street shops and bus station. 2km from city center and ~10km to Alanya center

The biggest plus is the sea and the entrance to the sea, it is not a bad entrance at all, on the contrary, the best😊 We are staying in the main building, so it's really great, the only small minus is that the sunbeds on the beach are quite busy and there's usually no one there, then there's not much space for people who are currently at the sea and want to use a sunbed, otherwise everything is perfect...

So, I am currently staying at Panorama hotel, and I will write my current impressions, something you might want to know: - they offer beach side rooms, pool side rooms and street side rooms and one thibg they dont tell you, the offer rooms facing other buildings, while the Doors of the apartments are facing the pool

- People get up very early and put their towels on the sunbeds by the pool/beach and then go on with their day, so sometimes you will come and there will be no space for you, even though there are a lot of empty sunbeds with only towels

When there was a problem,they reacted fast to solve it. The pool was clean and the housekeeping in our room was there everyday. The rooms are completely modernized. The beach is reachable in just a few minutes

Guys, it's just an incredible place. Grilled fish and meet, fresh salads and fruits. Recommend to visit SPA in Hotel and massage. Prices are cheap for this level of service! Staff are very friendly and helpful

Negative point: there was a young boy at the bar the whole time with his phone in his hand. Was unfriendly and not hospitable. Found it uncomfortable to be approached by a man for a massage in the Hamam

The room was very comfy, and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. During the day the animators are responsible for the good vibes around the pool, they give their best to make you enjoy your staying

This hotel is worth staying at, we were there for 7 nights and it was very pleasant, the restaurant was great food, but don’t expect a 3 course meal, but plenty of variety from pizza , chips chicken stakes to local or European cuisine, and loads of salads and sweets and cakes

I stayed in this hotel for a few days by absolute chance and I was very satisfied. The man at the reception spoke good English and helped to solve the problem with ordering a transfer and others

In my opinion, a great hotel for the money. The room is spacious and surprisingly quiet. Surprisingly, because there is a rather noisy pub on the ground floor.

I booked a room with sea view, which was great the only thing was my lock didn’t work and the shower was leaking, but I didn’t see that as a big deal. I would recommend taking ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

I was welcomed by my agent Gizem (booked this holiday via Loveholiday) she gave me great tips on trips and I tried cheap safari and paragliding! Amazing! The food in the hotel is nice they cook different variety for lunches and slightly change up the dinners and breakfast too

The price performance of the hotel was good. The beach, which is independent of the hotel, is known as Alanya beach, which is rocky.

Room was comfortable with a southerly aspect and gorgeous sea view, although the neighbours were sometimes noisy at night. Basically, you get what you pay for and in that respect the Sultan should not disappoint

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

Breakfast was advertised until 9:30, but by 9:00 much of it was already being taken away. The schedule said dinner started at 6:30 pm, but every day it actually began closer to 7:00

The hotel food was amazing, hats off to the chef, its rare to find a hotel that does different foods every day and for it to fresh and flavourful too. The rooms were immaculate, they were cleaned pretty much every day

The beer, wines and spirits are cheap if you go half board. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean with regular room cleaning and beds are comfy with air conditioning in the rooms
