Damlatas Elegant Apart Hotel in Alanya

Staying at Baronessa Apart Hotel was a huge disappointment. The service was completely awful from the start, with little to no care for guests. The air conditioning was practically useless – it’s only in one room, and even the bedroom doesn’t get cooled properly. It seems they either reduced its functionality or installed the smallest unit possible, leaving the living room unbearably hot as well.

The bathroom was far from clean, and the shower was in terrible condition, making it unpleasant to use. Every single door in the apartment – bedroom door, bathroom door, and all others – made loud, creaking noises whenever you tried to open or close them, which was extremely annoying. On top of that, the furniture looked decades old and gave the whole place a neglected feel.

Room service is only offered once a week, which is unacceptable for anyone staying more than a couple of days. And the internet? Awful. Barely usable.

Honestly, there is nothing I could recommend about this hotel. My advice: keep your distance and look for a better place to stay in Alanya.

Very old hotel with old furniture and low level of comfort. Couldn't sleep at all because it was too warm. They have only one AC for the whole apartment.
The fridge wasn't working at all.
It has good location though.

Our room got robbed, my friend had his Wallet on the bed and when we came home the bad was made and the Wallet was gone, we had looked everywhere and we called the police on them. Dont go here if you wanna feel safe

pros: close to beach, kind owner
cons: very dirty place and hard to get cleaning tools from them, green walls(because of moisture I guess), very old and broken home goods, very very slow internet, loud because next to busy street

Baronessa Apart Hotel was complete disappointment. The manager was a very bad and impolite person. He yelled us because we had a problem with the standard room which was totally unacceptable and was very dirty and dark and we complained about room cleaning which was awful He said he will throw us out in the street. We callded to the police and they talked to the manager very angry. the only good point was MR. Karam who was very supportive and helpful. I do not recommend this apart hotel.
