Lucky Monkey Hotel in Antalya

I rarely write such negative reviews, but this time it's absolutely necessary. We booked an upgraded room with a sea view at Lucky Monkey from February 15 to 23, expecting a relaxing vacation, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the pictures online had nothing to do with reality. The hotel was dirty and run-down, and the room itself was in terrible condition. Housekeeping was poor, the air conditioner didn't work, the pull-out TV was broken, and there were ants crawling in the bathroom. There wasn't even a proper wardrobe to store clothes.
It was simply impossible to stay there -- we managed to endure one night, which was a huge mistake. All night long, the neighboring guests were shouting, partying, and making noise nonstop. We left early the next morning, unable to stay any longer.
The hotel refused to refund the unused nights, and we had to book somewhere else. To our surprise, Marriott Executive Apartments and even Marriott Residence Inn offered beautiful rooms and great service for a lower nightly rate than Lucky Monkey!
To make matters worse, I got food poisoned at the hotel's restaurant. When checking out, the receptionist didn't even bother to ask why we were leaving early or if there was any problem.
This was honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly advise against staying at Lucky Monkey -- it's dirty, noisy, poorly managed, and completely not worth the money.

Uborka vypolnena krayne nebrezhno, konditsioner ne rabotal, televizor, vstroennyy v tumbu, okazalsya sloman. V vannoy polzali muravi, a normalnogo shkafa dlya razmeshcheniya veshchey i vovse ne bylo.
Provesti tam nedelyu okazalos nevozmozhnym -- my proderzhalis vsego odnu noch, i to zrya: sosedi vsyu noch ustroili nastoyashchuyu vakhanaliyu, gromkiy shum i kriki ne prekrashchalis do utra. Utrom my nemedlenno uehali, otkazavshis ot dalneyshego prozhivaniya.
Dengi za ostavshiesya nochi nam ne vernuli, pri etom nam prishlos srochno iskat novoe zhilyo. I kakim bylo udivlenie, chto Marriott Executive Apartments i dazhe Marriott Residence Inn stoili za noch deshevle, chem etot "uluchshennyy" nomer v Lucky Monkey -- pri nesravnimom urovne kachestva i servisa.
Vishenkoy na torte stalo to, chto ya otravilas v restorane pri otele. Pri vyezde sotrudniki na resepshene dazhe ne pointeresovalis, pochemu my uezzhaem ranshe sroka i ostalis li dovolny.
Etot otel -- hudshee mesto, kotoroe ya kogda-libo vybirala. Ni v koem sluchae ne rekomenduyu Lucky Monkey nikomu, kto tsenit chistotu, komfort i uvazhitelnoe otnoshenie k gostyam.
