We stayed at Kalispera Hotel in a standard double room, and the staff kindly upgraded us after check-in, which was a nice gesture. The room itself could use more storage space for clothes, and unfortunately, after the upgrade, we noticed the washroom garbage hadn’t been cleaned from the previous day. Basic amenities are provided, and the hotel’s restaurant is open 24/7, where you can conveniently buy water, soda, and other drinks. Breakfast is a very basic Turkish buffet, nothing special. The location, however, is a strong point — close to bus and tram stations, near a mall, and about a 15-minute walk to Kaleici (old town) and the harbour. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in housekeeping and amenities.

Do not expect much.
The location of the hotel is very good. Its near the quite a few places to see and shop.
The hotel recieption is quite good. Particularly Burak, who was very polite and helpful, and Betty too.
But the worst thing about the hotel is the lack of cleaning. Our room in the 7 days that we were there, never got cleaned.
In fact I never saw any of the rooms to be cleaned, even though the sign by the lift says, will be done every 2 days.
Once I asked for it, some one came and just cleaned the bathroom.
There is no bin in the room and no cups or tea or coffee, although there is a kettle.
It seems, the rooms get cleaned befor the new guests arrive, and thats it.
The breakfast is basic and the same every day.
My verdict is, if you dont expect too much, and for the price, its ok.

The staff at Kalispera Hotel were welcoming, and we appreciated the complimentary room upgrade after check-in. The hotel is in a great location — walking distance to Kaleici/old town and the harbour (around 15 minutes), with easy access to bus, tram, and a nearby mall. The hotel provides basic amenities, and you can conveniently purchase drinks from the restaurant downstairs at any time of day. Breakfast is a simple Turkish buffet, quite basic but sufficient. A couple of areas for improvement: rooms could use more storage for clothes, and housekeeping should be more attentive, as we noticed the washroom garbage wasn’t cleared after our upgrade. Overall, a comfortable and reasonably priced stay if you’re looking for convenience and location.

We really had a good time at the hotel. Staff have been very helpful. We had no problem with communication. Melih and the the two housekeeper ladies were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend the hotel to friends. The location is perfect.

Excellent, responsive staff. The hotel was very convenient for check-in at night. Preliminary confirmed late check-in via WhatsApp (staff responds quickly). Nearby is a large shopping center.

The room was small in size but clean, the location is convenient, close to the Muratpaşa tram stop, the MarkAntalya shopping center, for a stay of one or two nights

Checked in early…. But then bam, in a dirty-dirty room, it was scary to touch the surrounding objects. There was just dust and dirt on the floor. Dust is everywhere. The shower is dirty.
There is no heated towel rail, nothing is adapted for this. It is stated that the room is non-smoking - the room is smoky so there is simply nothing to breathe. If the neighbors smoke, then everything is in your room. You go out to the floor and there is smoke in a can of worms.
There is no dryer for clothes and towels. We make the bed and there are just black male hairs on the sheet 🤯 horror. The room was not cleaned until you left a request at the reception. There is no refrigerator stated. The wardrobe is just a box with a rod without shelves and hangers - hang it wherever you want. The air conditioner works with varying success. Wi-Fi falls off every five minutes. The lock on the door is strange - every other time it opens, every other time it gets stuck. The tap water is either very cold or very hot, either freeze or scald yourself to hell. In general, I do not recommend this hotel at all🤯🤦♀️
