Basel Hotel in Antalya

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Basel Hotel in Antalya. We were staying here as part of the accommodation arranged by our dentist while having dental treatment in Turkey, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The breakfasts were lovely every morning, with a great selection of fresh food, and it was a perfect way to start the day.

The hotel was also amazing at helping us throughout our dental treatment. They always let us know when our transfers had arrived and made sure everything ran smoothly, which made the whole experience so much easier and completely stress free.

We can't thank everyone at Basel Hotel enough for their kindness and hospitality. They played a big part in making our trip such a positive experience, and we would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Antalya, especially if you're travelling for dental treatment. Thank you all so much!

Impeccable service, Shahin, Ismet and Aladdin couldnt do enough to make us comfortable during our stay..
The rooms are decent sized and the pool area has a few sunbeds around. Such a friendly and relaxed vibe in the place.
There's also a lovely coffeeshop on the ground floor and a few bars ,restaurants and shops close by,as well as a pharmacy. The staff are eager to help arrange transport for shopping trips to the old town if you ask,also helped us arrange a trip to a spa with turkish bath,a must do!
There are a few cats which "live" close by,dont touch the blonde/ginger one,its not friendly. Although Mama ( I named her during our stay)- the black one, is a little sweetheart,shes due kittens so I would love to see pics of her babies on the website or Instagram page😍
I would 100% recommend this hotel for a short break. Thanks again Shahin,Ismet and Aladdin for making our stay enjoyable

Lovely stay we had— wonderful caring staff at Basel Hotel.All the team here are very friendly, polite, respectful and genuinely helpful - they made my stay so comfortable especially while I was recovering and couldn't eat solid food after my teeth surgery. they were so kind and happily prepared fresh soup for me whenever I needed it - nothing was too much trouble at all.
Special mention to Smet and Sha at reception were brilliant - always there, smiling and ready to assist with anything I asked for.
The warm welcome and thoughtful care make it feel truly homely. We really enjoyed our stay here. Well done Basel team❤️❤️❤️

Staff are lovely, so charming and helpful, always available. Cleaning lady especially good, so attentive. Rooms: beds are very comfy, cotton bedding very clean and crisp, all you need in your room, kettle, tea/coffe/sugar etc. Comp water in fridge. Showers are always hot and strong(love them). Breakfast are wide ranging, however, I was here to have my teeth 😬 sorted so didn't really do the breakfasts but my partner loved them! Lounge area very comfy for chilling waiting for your flight on last day for example! The swimming pool was revamped which is really lovely with quite a lot of loungers, really cute area... We have stayed at Basel Hotel 3 times now, always welcomed whatever time we arrived day or night, reception always attended! really close to the beach less than 10 minute walk. restaurants and bars etc... Ismep and Sahin are special guys, very helpful, above and beyond for us... the cleaning lady, beautiful person, I can't remember her name (she will laugh at me for forgetting again) great lady though!!! ❤️ best wishes Basel, see you soon guys.. xxx

Staff were super friendly and professional. Breakfast was fresh and always a good selection. Room was clean and a wonderful selection of complementary hygiene products. Even the room attendant made the effort to make us feel welcome. Added bonus was the cafe attached to hotel which offers an amazing selection of drinks and dessert. Very happy with stay

Birsel was so supportive and helpful for us during our stay. The hotel was close to the beach and bus nearby to go to other parts of the city. Birsel’s super demeanor made it extra warm for us and allowed for more enjoyment. The hotel is the perfect stay in the city.

A really nice hotel (with a couple of flaws)
Nice staff, great cleaning service, good design, great playlist in the lobby. Breakfast includes nice hot and cold vegetarian Turkish dishes. On the downside, no juices, yoghurt, or fruit (occationally watermelon), and only instant coffee. The gym is really run down with most machines broken. Eight minutes walk to the beach. Still, all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Firstly reception staff was very helpful. Thanks! Rooms are not so big but more than enough. There's no elevator in the hotel but while we were on the 2nd floor, it was not a problem for us. Breakfast was also nice. Again more than enough.

You can choose and stay in Basel Hotel without any doubt.
