Food, service and public areas are very nice. But the room even when it was a junior suite is old and the furniture was broken everywhere. But definitely the service and people are exceptional

The 'fruit hut' was a really cool idea. In the evenings, there was a lounge cafe on the beach with a pleasant waiter. The beach was large and comfortable. Quick and easy transfer from the airport

Loads of kids everywhere, happily playing. It felt like they outnumbered the adults. Even in the adults-only (16+) zone, there were guests with infants, and no one seemed to say anything

On Saturday, the disco at the neighboring hotel was so loud you couldn't fall asleep before 11:30 PM. Overall, the hotel is good – the food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic

From the very first moment, Concorde Deluxe Resort Antalya impressed us with a smooth and pleasant check-in process, making us feel welcome right away

The table service even skates. Nice sandy-rocky beach with sunbeds and a pier with a bar on the Mediterranean Sea. Frequent shows and live music which I loved. Music by the pools and a little more peace on the beach

We have had the best holiday ever. The staff, food and premises are amazing and we have never had a never a better Holiday. We have used the spa facilities and they have been great! We will definitely come back again

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails

We also loved the beach bar and the bar on the pier…. There’s a theme here! The Pâtisserie serves great coffee and cakes and the street food cabin is also fun and handy for a snack

It has a sauna and steam room and a small cold indoor pool. All the pools were cold and even though we were doing aqua classes the water in the pool was colder than the sea

The resort also has crèche and babysitting facilities; we used it once for an hour so we could enjoy the spa, and the staff were fantastic in keeping our son engaged and happy

The hotel’s private beach is only a short walk away and was lovely always plenty of space, great service, and the convenience of ordering food right on the beach

A special mention to the reception team — incredibly kind and helpful. The supervisor even upgraded our room after learning we were celebrating our anniversary

Even though we only managed to visit once during our week-long stay, it was mostly because we were enjoying the hotel so much

One of the highlights was the complimentary access to The Land of Legends, Turkey’s own version of Disneyland

Guest relations also checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Overall, excellent service, lovely spacious rooms, and serene views of both the sea and the mountains

Fantastic hotel, food and rooms great. What made the holiday more memorable were the staff from cleaners, waiters/waitresses and especially the entertainment team, nothing to much trouble had fantastic time.

The kids’ animation team kept my child entertained, and the evening program was enjoyable. While the Turkish show was decent, I expected some improvement. On the other hand, the Mongolian show exceeded expectations

Another thing that was very disappointing were the cocktails. I tried very basic cocktails, and they were all very poorly made. It would be nice to add mimosas during breakfast as well

We spent all our time in the pools. There was a pizza oven open every afternoon and it was great! Kids had a ball. There is a huge bar at the pool to meet all your drink needs

This place has become like our own hotel, where we spend our winter holidays every year without hesitation. This year was extra good, even better than before

Palms at the reception hall are amazing, so beautiful decorated for Christmas. On the 24th arrangements was good, decorations, live music, dances, drinks and sweets

First of all, I would like to thank the animation and entertainment team, public relations, kitchen, service, bar, housekeeping, janitor, Kids Club, the entire team for giving us such a wonderful holiday

They welcome new guests very nicely, helps with luggage from a taxi and helps at the reception dest, comes with drinks while organising papers

We enjoyed kids club as well, they could play there without parents , and the best of all kids disco every evening

The pool attendant did a brilliant job making sure everyone had a sunbed and kept the area spotless. Yes, some beds were reserved early, but even if you wanted a lie-in, it was never a struggle to find one later on

We stayed for 7 nights in this hotel and it was absolutely amazing and unforgettable time with friendly staff and amazing service large range of food also I'd like to say special mention to guy on check in desk ti upgrade our room for bigger and also remember guy from entertainment team we playing table tennis and definitely will recommend this destination to people with families everything set up...

Fantastic 10-Day Stay – Best Holiday in Turkey Yet! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just arrived home after an excellent 10-day stay, and I have to say this was the best food I’ve had in Turkey

We would also like to mention Tahir, one of the restaurant waiters, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and truly added to the warm atmosphere of the restaurant

Everything is very cool! I can’t rejoice! The food is awesome! The staff are suuper! Very clean hotel! They constantly monitor the cleanliness! The hotel itself is huge, the interior decoration of the hall is gorgeous, like in an expensive hotel! Even these barkers are not meticulous! Only one was in the early days - all the skin asks to go and see! But I didn't climb much, so I recommend the hotel...

I really liked the hotel, there are some small shortcomings, but it did not affect my vacation

A wonderful large beach within walking distance, but there is a transfer every 30 minutes, plus every hour you can leave on a boat along the canal, very cool! There is a disco until 2 am

Cleanliness of the rooms was poor with peanuts on the floor when the room had supposedly been cleaned but it stayed there for the whole of our stay. There was an awful drains/sewage smell in the bathroom

For instance when we asked for toilet paper they brought towels? There is supposed to be three additional restaurants apart from the Ocean canteen but never saw these open for the 10 days of our stay

Daily housekeeping was poor nothing actually cleaned/replenished. We had to ask for toilet roll after daily housekeeping had been done. There are no top sheets on the beds just a scratchy blanket’s

good location (25 min by taxi from airport) and beautiful hotel area. room was of a good size, with a sea view. comfortable bed. walk-in shower. all toiletries. always enough towels.

The wonderful, lovely staff spoke Russian. It was my birthday, and I requested a room with a beautiful view

They provided everything I asked for and even more than I expected! A pleasant surprise from the hotel in the form of fruits and a bottle of wine! Highly recommend

30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts...

The buffet was varied, and everything was incredibly delicious

Beyond the exceptional service, the food at The Falcon was simply the best we have ever encountered in an all-inclusive hotel. The variety and quality were outstanding, with each meal feeling like a treat

This is a scam!! The hotel only deserves 3 stars. Many things are unusable and broken. The water slide, especially popular with children, doesn't work. The dining room is musty, and the walls are damp

The rooms need renovation; the keys are constantly getting demagnetized. But the most noticeable deterioration is the cleanliness around the pool and inside the building. There are a lot of unpleasant odors

Something has happened to our previously beloved hotel. We'd been there several times before, but the quality has noticeably deteriorated. There's a problem with the elevators; they keep getting stuck

We think there used to be more staff, and they were very friendly. The quality and quantity of the food are good

Property is surrounded by shopping center and bunch of market but don’t buy water or some other groceries at the convenient store. Also public transportation doesn’t follow schedules

The suite was spacious and clean with a view of the beautiful pool, and only 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it!

Don’t listen to all these weird reviews, this place is great! We are staying here for a month and we are having so much fun, good TV to watch Netflix at the end of the day, long walks during the Antalya Lara Beach and a cool area inside which looks absolutely beautiful, also a swimming area outside

We had a lovely stay I was abit worried about some of the reviews. But the hotel was beautiful with little cafe gym and spa. The apartment hugh spec with air fryer toaster and all the condiments

Some of the lifts where not working before guest check-in would be good if they told guest which lifts where in working order to use. Other then that really great apartment clean and high spec

It really is a fantastic hotel with excellent service from reception, bar staff, waiters and maids, if you are here all inclusive the bar staff and waiters bring refreshments including drinks, sandwiches, pizza and jacket potato right to you at your sun lounger, some of them are on roller blades, after midday they even bring you frozen towels to cool off with, the beers are Carlsberg and Tuborg and...

I’m here now 3rd time here room 7411 and not the last hotel is not the biggest or most glamorous but it’s outstanding in its own way ! Managers and all the hotel staff are absolutely outstanding! Rooms lovely clean beds comfortable cleaned daily clean towels daily

The beach is within 5 minutes walk or Hotel minibus will take you. Indoor pool , a spa solarium coffee shop incuded patisserie incuded ice cream incuded and obviously alcohol if you drink incuded

The food was outstanding with plenty of delicious options every day such as grilled beef, salmon and chicken, the chefs made effort to make the food delicious as I saw them check the food quality regularly

Jack guest relations got us a place at the Italian restaurant as we was on the waiting list! The only negative is the hair salon husband was well over charged for hair cut shave and face mask 80£

Ok please don't get this Hotel mistaken for other Ramada Hotels " we currently here and can honestly say its fabulous. Staff friendly helpful smiling. Food as good as our previous three cruises

Yes the rooms and stairs area are very dated and badly in need of a refurb but the views and the pool & bar area is beautiful. Staff were pleasant and polite, maids did a good job of cleaning the rooms

My first trip to the Lara was my first ever to Turkey. I stayed at the Lara for a week but then needed to travel to Alanya and I had no idea how to get there. A young receptionist KERIM helped me out beyond his duty

The view was absolutely stunning, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better

He also wrote me notes for the taxi driver and one for the coach terminal so l never got lost. I returned to the Lara again in July 25 and KERIM was there. He knew me instantly as we were now friends

I am now at the Lara in November , my third stay this year. The Lara is friendly, somewhat outdated in decor of the rooms but clean. The view over the sea is stunning, private beach is great

Amazing Experience at Greenwood Resort! I recently stayed at Greenwood Resort in Antalya, Turkey, and I had a fantastic time! The resort itself is beautiful, with clean facilities, a lovely pool area, and access to a private beach, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the Entertainment Team

And at the pools there was often a lot of trash standing around

We really enjoyed our family stay at the resort. Excellent all-inclusive foods and snacks all day. The reception staff was extremely caring and listened to all requests promptly. Perfect choice to choose suits

The location is perfect - a very good burger place right outside, as well as a kebab, pizza, Korean place, and a supermarket. Some stray cats are around, too, but never to go to the hotel's territory

The soundproofing in the room was very good also The only downside - there was no microwave in our room, but it was rather unfortunate timing because it broke right before our arrival Would definitely come back to the hotel next time I'm in Antalya ☺️

Our room was on the second floor overlooking the courtyard, but it's not sunny, which is a downside. A stove was brought upon request. The plates were clean, but the pots and pan had to be washed

Clean and tidy, good location, nicely decorated rooms, the kids loved it, and it's very close to the beach. I've been to Antalya many times and always feel comfortable, but the prices have really skyrocketed

Very clean hotel with cozy rooms and all the necessities The staff is very friendly and always present. The bed in the deluxe suite was big and comfortable. The bathroom was quite good, too

There's no hood over the stove, which is a downside. We weighed everything and moved to an all-inclusive hotel 😀 Konyaltı is top-notch 👍🏻

Air conditioning is very good in all rooms. And you can control the temperature. Very comfortable queen size bed. Only dislike in which is minor. Or an oven tray 😟 Other than that , everything is perfect

I'm enjoying my stay at the Flamingo residence Antalya. Room has cooking facilities , and a washing machine. Local supermarket very close to the Hotel. Clean , and very spacious including a balcony with chairs

Great apartment, great hosts! Everything is there for living like at home, if there were questions, the hosts solved everything instantly. Autumn is grateful for a good holiday. The sea is 10 minutes leisurely

Nice place! Very close to the sea, many cafe and restaurant around. There is all you need for cooking in the room. The staff is very friendly.

Also, there's no bath mat in the bathroom, and since the shower and toilet are combined, water tends to splash everywhere

We were disappointed that not all outlets worked, the drain was clogged, and the toilet was positioned unusually high off the floor – I imagine anyone under 2 meters tall would find it awkward
