Good property to stay but service is very poor ,we were travelling with family including two kids not provided blankets in -2 degree temperatures after long arguments from staff we were provided blankets at 11.45 pm to sleep. Most of staff cant speak in English which is must in this industry

The Grand Erken has a great location in Old Town Antalya. It is quiet and has a nice outdoor dining area. The people are very friendly and helpful. Good place to stay in Antalya.

A true homely comfortable experience. The rooms are lovely, spacious,the staff are so warm , welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The cats are very adorable, my kid enjoyed playing with them. Whenever we do return to Antalya we'll definitely be rebooking with them.

You get what you pay for. It's spacious and clean with hot water. Our room was very noisy overlooking the main road though. The pillows were also awful, really soft, so I didn't sleep too well here.

Pros: Stayed here for 3 nights, tonight being the last. The staff was really nice and helpful but the room was not so good the bathroom door didn’t have a working lock. The air conditioner also leaked so the balcony was always wet. Was here in the summer this year with some friends.

For the price you pay, it's a good hotel. Above expectations. Clean rooms. Close to the beach (10-15min walk). However, service wasn't that good. It took around 30 minutes to get our rooms. And we came around 10pm, so it was a Zero queue.

Excellent service I had a few small issues with the room but the owner of the hotel changed our rooms, without any issues. Had a weeks stay whilst having some dental treatment. Hotel was clean and accommodation was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend.

The hotel itself is nice, clean, and very well decorated. The room with the jacuzzi is really great. The only downside I'd like to point out is that the rooms are very poorly soundproofed; you can hear the planes, the neighbors, and even the cleaning staff in the morning, which is a real shame. Amazing hotel. Everything was perfect from the rooms to the staff. The manager was so helpful and always went out of his way to help us. The room was massive and luxurious. There was not a bad thing about this hotel. The cleaners cleaned the room regularly and refilled the fridge every time.

Overall it's a good hotel, with big room, hot shower, tasty breakfast, helpful service, convenient location, reasonable prices. But also with some smell of cigarettes smoking around, with only one little trash bin, and without any electric kettle at all, though you can get free coffee or tea from the ground dining room at any time using the super slow elevator. OK for couple nights.
