I have been offered the Junior suite on level 9 facing sea which was amazing . Staff is really helpful and friendly. I tried the Vegetarian Pizza at their special neaplois restaurant at level 10 which is absolutely top notch well done and authentic Italy flavours . It’s been on outskirts of the city but next to beach . Highly recommend this place even if you’re travelling alone

I stayed here for one night and was just looking for a clean, cheap hotel near the beach. The location of the hotel is excellent, the room size was a bit small but it was okay for me and it was what I expected to get. The staff are very nice and friendly. Not a 5-star hotel. This is a scam!! The hotel only deserves 3 stars. Many things are unusable and broken. The water slide, especially popular with children, doesn't work. The hotel is quite good for its price. Food is tasty and can fit all tastes. In march the beach is closed, however you could enjoy the terrace with the sea views. Be mindful if you have any cat allergies, they are everywhere.

It's conveniently located from the airport, about 25-30 minutes by taxi. The room was recently renovated, so there were no major complaints. The view from the corner room is excellent, with views of both the sea and the mountains. The food is simple, so you won't go hungry; it's mostly chicken and fish.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The rooms and cleanliness were excellent. However, even with our all-inclusive plan, it's impossible to find anything to eat outside of meal times. Especially if it's a rainy day and you check in after dinner ends at 2 p.m., you'll be hungry until 7 p.m. Furthermore, despite the friendly, courteous, and skilled staff, the food was very poor.

There's not even hand soap or toilet paper provided, and absolutely no one at reception, not upon arrival, not ever. It's a lovely apartment, but there's no cleaning service or fresh bath towels. So, make sure to pack some toilet paper and a small hand soap in your suitcase!

Great location, spacious room, minimalistic but practical, great panoramic views both for the sea and city. I stayed here for the second time. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, breakfast places, Microcenter just opposite the hotel. I didn’t try spa, but I saw the spa menu: very impressive.

Not very clean but good facilities and location, food not great

We stayed in a deluxe room, on the 2nd day the curtain came off the 3-4 rings of the cornice, this curtain was not fixed during our stay. I do not recommend you to eat at the hotel, there is no flavor, an uncooked chicken was served. The breakfasts are very standard and the same things are served every 2 days. The reception staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are big and clean The only thing that surprises me is the tastelessness and incompetence in the decoration of the hotel rooms.
