Ring Beach in Beldibi

My goodness i haven’t been in a worse hotel in ages! Lets start with the food, every day you get the same cold awful food, you will get tired i promise you of eating fries every day. The rooms are not cleaned well, they just change towels and thats it. The internet is the worst!!! Forget about accessing social media and sending messages because even next to the router its bad. The staff is horrible, they dont speak english and they dont know anything about anything. If you ask them for directions, for example how to get to Kemer, they will not know. These people just want your money and i am in no way demanding when it comes to services, but the rudeness and quality for a “5 star” hotel is on another level that i had to write a review. Everyone please listen and save yourself energy, money, time and peace by not coming to this hotel!!! Top 5 worst hotels i stayed in my life. The water is dirty as well, beach is ok. If by any means you ask anyone to do anything, they will just say they dont know and ignore you. In reality this is very much a 3 star hotel!

Service for 3* with a minus We understood that we were going to a budget hotel, and there were no high expectations, but we were counting on 5*. Firstly, it is dirty, very dirty, everywhere! Flies sit on food everywhere! The stairs to the room were dirty all week, with large stains that no one had ever washed! They "offered" to clean the room when we returned after dinner at 1:30 PM, and we would like to relax, already in a clean room, by this time the maid had not even entered the room, not even to throw out the garbage. It is very dirty on the beach, by the pool, very slippery, and no one cleans. The sun loungers on the sea are very old, the mattresses are dirty, disgusting to touch. Regarding the food, one plus, you definitely won't get fat at an all inn, because for breakfast there are only eggs, and a ready-made omelette mixture, they won't even cook you a glazuny here. For lunch, there may be one type of meat, or not. Nuggets and turkey cutlets are all frozen semi-finished products that are not allowed to be eaten, especially by children. For dinner, there is a queue for grilled chicken, like at the border. As for drinks, they didn’t even dare to try the local shmurdyak, water with lemon is the only thing you can drink there. The view from the window to the cemetery wasn’t even as annoying as the dirt and disrespect of the maids, who, during their daytime nap, dragged furniture, talked loudly, rattled dishes, and knocked over the walls in the neighboring rooms. We will come again and we don’t recommend it to anyone.

This is a rare combination of rudeness and fraud on the part of the reception staff. When we left the hotel, they did not give us our passports and demanded that we pay in cash. Reception employee Yaldiz Shamshieva said that this is the hotel’s policy and everywhere (where everywhere?) rules are written that you need to pay in cash and they do not accept cards. I think hotel owners need to control their employees, because this way money ends up in the pockets of hotel workers. Plus wasted nerves and a spoiled impression of the hotel.
