Rooms Fresh and fairly modern rooms. Cleaning is OK – more of a light clean with new towels rather than a full clean. Good range of products in the shower. The AC is a major issue. It’s centrally controlled and during my stay it only provided heat. I had booked a quiet room since I was working remotely, but still got a room where you could clearly hear both neighbors and people in the corridor. Quite noisy in the evenings. Also missing basic information in the room – for example what’s included in the minibar, restaurant times, and reception contact details. Hotel The hotel markets itself as 15+, but there were still quite a lot of children around, running around the hotel. There was also renovation work ongoing, and you could hear construction starting around 07:00 in the morning. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the nearest mall. Taxis can be arranged through the hotel but are expensive, and Uber is also overpriced. Pool & Beach I visited early in the season, so it wasn’t crowded and there were plenty of sunbeds available. Towels are handled through a card system. There are three main areas: Pool near the lobby Family pool Adults-only pool (although kids were still present) Beach club area by the sea The beach itself is OK, and the beach club area is a nice addition. Gym Decent but missing quite a bit of equipment – more benches would help. Also saw kids running around in the gym without supervision, which feels unsafe. Spa Overpriced for what you get. Food Food is OK overall, but after a few days you start seeing the same or very similar dishes. The pasta was not good – quite bland and watery. Also a bit limited in variety, a lot of lamb-based dishes. Would be good with more options. Only buffet available, no à la carte. Drinks Good selection of drinks, both by the pool and in the lobby. Service Service is OK. A lot of the staff have limited English which makes communication difficult, even at reception. Several times things were said to be fixed or handled, but without proper follow-up. Overall feels a bit unorganized – like a new team that still needs to get into their roles. Noise Live music in the lobby in the evenings, which is nice. No disturbing noise from the pool area, but you can hear both corridor noise and entertainment from a neighboring hotel late at night. Value for money Good value if priced around €1500 per week for two people. Overall I have now stayed at the hotel twice, and I still think it is a good hotel. It is a bit off the beaten path, but for someone who wants to relax, enjoy the sun, have good food and drinks, it works well. The sunbeds are comfortable, but if you visit during a busier period, I can imagine the nights becoming quite noisy.
